I have never had a better massage in my life. I didn't get her name but she was the most sweetest and nicest lady. I have fibromyalgia. My massage was an hour long. I haven't felt this good in so long. I am constantly in pain. I've learned to live with it. The lady that massaged me took her time in each tension spot and areas of my body I didn't know had tension. I can't imagine anybody leaving a bad review. She was wonderful. I will definitely be going back and recommending others. I've gained a significant amount of weight over two years. I'm at my heaviest. I know this. She did mention that I needed to lose weight because a lot of it sits where it's affecting my mobility and I feel fatigued. I appreciate her telling me. She wasn't rude. I am not a sensitive person. I know I'm not at a healthy weight and frankly, I appreciate her concern. She seemed concerned when she told me. If you go, put your sensitivities aside. It's worth it. An insult is when someone says it with ill intent. Believe me, she seemed extremely caring. I thank her for relieving my constant pain.

I’ve been going here for the last 2-3 years - always had a good to decent experience until yesterday:

I texted the manager Dec 30th and asked if they had any availability for a Massage 60 min 30 min foot massage combo for my feet at 6:00 pm .

They said yes , blue star.

I show up at 6 pm, the only lady there told me my appointment was at 6:30 pm .

There was no one else there getting a massage.

I asked if I needed to come back and she said yes / then no when I showed her the texts of booking the appointment saying for 6:00 pm

She called her manager and got it sorted.

she takes me back - she's usually very kind to me - I haven't gone in a few months due to my depression acting up. * mind you I’ve put on some weight from some antidepressants. Like 30-40lbs

After my table Massage * which she only did my back and not the front.

She was about to get the water for my feet to soak in but before That happened , SHE gestured with her hands tiny circle to me , then expanded her hands to a bigger circle and then points to my face bigger face /Face cheeks .

It wasn’t like you look great or healthy , it was just a statement of how I currently looked. I didn’t take it positively.

Initially - it took me a minute to get what she was saying.

I didn’t have time to explain* I took prescribed medication called Mirtazapine - * an antidepressant-Mirtazapine increases fat storage across the body by altering levels of leptin.

One theory for weight gain is that since leptin is a hormone that suppresses our appetite, lower levels due to Mirtazapine may lead to more fat mass.

and she giggled and left the room to my get my foot soak.

Why should I have to explain- it’s common decency not to point out others weight.

I’ve been struggling to fit into any of my clothes and this is the heaviest I’ve been in my life .

I’m very self conscious of it because I’ve had multiple people point out you’re too skinny when I was sick and now I’m too fat.

I was about to cry and leave but I stayed put together,(and just kept quite the reminder of my foot massage.

This is why you don’t make fun of people who gain weight or suddenly loose weight .

I paid , tipped as I usually do at least a $ 22 tip for a half massage on my back - never had me turn over to do the fronts of my arms and legs.

I was going to leave a bigger tip for a Happy New-year and a Happy Lunar New Year- if I didn’t see them in February.

I didn’t .

I Went home texted the massage number what happened they offered a free massage with Lucy - I had Jenny .

She said it might be a language barrier with the text to English on her phone - I said she made these gestures with her hands NO google translate , NO phone.

I'm NEVER going back .... I needed that medicine at the time to help me stay alive.

I AM a HUMAN first before my size , gender and personality .

If you go ask for Lucy not Jenny ,

They did offer me a free massage with Lucy to try and make things better .

I kindly declined and blocked the number .

I'll be looking somewhere else out of Ridgecrest.

It’s not appropriate anywhere to comment on someone’s size.

They apparently do not serve Black Americans. I speak proper English and even showed my Military ID, I look young because we shave in the service for one thing. Anyway, I call and they say ok price is this and come in. It was about 30-40mins before closing so I had appreciated them working with me. I show up and like another person who gave their review they said “only 15min massage” Im like I understand but then they give me a card and send me away. They were actively serving someone while doing this by the way. Someone of fair skin. I didn’t understand at all after I gave them a heads up I was arriving. I didn’t come in dressed any sort of way or anything and no slang. I do not take the time out like this to do reviews but my goodness the disrespect. I give 11 years to my country and can’t get a 30 not even 15 min massage from an out of the way spa. Thank you for “your service”

I had an inflamed muscle that hurt really bad in my back and he did an amazing job. It was 1 hour and it was 60 bucks but I gave a tip because of how amazing he did. Would recommend. 🙂

Was out of town and decided to get a massage here before I went back home. Nice relaxing environment. Lucy was great, very enjoyable massage. The hot stones were a nice touch, Will be back for sure.

Scheduled an appointment. Showed up for said appointment. Told to go away. Given a card to another place and woman said "I'll let them know you're on the way." Get to other place. Told to go away. So, I wasted 15 minutes of my life.

This was one of the best massages I've ever received - and it was by far the best value. When I scheduled the massage I was suffering from pain in many areas of my body and I left completely pain free for the first time in months. I will definitely be returning to see Lucy! She is clearly knowledgeable about the body and finding which areas need work in order to relieve pain and tension.

I keep hearing there’s a reason law enforcement goes there. They said it’s a “Happy Ending After”? This is rumor and I am not male law enforcement. But the place has cameras: much easier to blackmail, I’m told: that’s $$$. Better them than the rest of us.
