Let's call this '3 strikes and you're out'. I've had 3 bad experiences with this office at this point. 1. When their virtual service was ending and they changed the way they handle patients, I was charged a renewal fee that I did not authorize. Took me weeks to clear that up, receive the refund, and properly start the new service. 2. The last lab order mysteriously only called for testing half of the items that we are treating. Dr Santana apologized for that but did nothing as far as immediately ordering another lab order to check ALL hormonal levels. I suppose the plan is to wait another 6 months and get them ordered then. And lastly 3. One of my prescriptions is not auto-renewing with my pharmacy. After a few calls to the office, I was told it was because I missed an appointment last June. Not only did I not receive notification of this alleged appointment, I've received no correspondence from the office that I missed the appt, and when can I reschedule. I don't believe this appointment existed. I'm very frustrated with this service. It's been a very trying year dealing with them.

Dr. Negrin is incredible. I am posting this review from my husband's google account, buy I must say, as a woman I have struggled with my hormones and other health issues over the years. In the 17 years I've been married, this is the first time I have been able to feel healthy, energetic, and have high libido. I can't thank Dr. Negrin enough! If I'm being honest, 100%...she has helped my marriage. My husband and I are extremely grateful. BodyLogicMD staff are very kind and supportive! This staff is incredibly professional and went well above my expectations. I HIGHLY recommend BodyLogicMD!

I have been seeing Dr. Stephanie religiously every month for the past 5 years. I rely on her knowledge and expertise to keep my body healthy and stave off any drastic medical intervention. She is always there for me to answer any question and to help me with a solution. My regimen includes monthly acupuncture treatment, Chinese herbal medicines and other herbal supplements. Her treatment takes into consideration the whole body and that connection is important to me. A healthy body is all I need so I highly recommend her expertise as an integral part of anyone's total health care.

BUYER BEWARE!

I paid $500 for a 24-hour urine test kit I administered in my own home, blood labs I went to Quest Diagnostics for and initial 90 minute consultation.

I followed the steps and restrictions associated with the urine test and shipped it off to BodyLogicMD. I waited a couple of weeks to get a 1st appointment of the day (5:30am) with Quest Diagnostics because those appointment times get scheduled very fast. I need to lessen the exposure to others as I have several Covid-19 high-risk medical issues. There were at least 10 other people there when I got there so, so much for the early appointment precautions of being around less people. Quest asked me for my insurance information but I was under the impression that the order from BodyLogicMD was paid for in the initial $500. Quest said no, they still needed my insurance...so I gave it to them. I don't know if I'll be billed by my insurance or not at this point.

I was emailed my results for the urine and blood testing from BodyLogicMD and got on my phoned initial consultant where the first thing Susan Compton told me was that I should know that she is NOT a medical doctor but a PA. That surprised me but I did agree to continue the consultation. The name BodyLogicMD made me think I was working with a physician...but OK.

Susan went through the two test results that they had mailed me, line by line, and it revealed the need for hormone replacement therapy, nutritional changes and supplements I should be taking. At the end of the call, Susan told me Kiersten would follow up with costs and logistics on starting the regimen she had laid out for me.

Kiersten called and the first thing she said was I owed $495 for the phone call consult from Susan. I was told by BodyLogic at the outset that the $500 I already paid included the initial consult. Kiersten said that I'm not the first person she's spoken to that was not informed that the initial consult actually was NOT included in the $500 I paid up front.

I am sad, hurt and feel like a fool. I've been preyed upon for my real need for treatment only to have extra costs I can't afford sprung on me. I feel duped. Needless to say, I ended the call before ever hearing the fees for the plan Susan had set up for me. I told Kiersten I do not want to continue forward with BodyLogicMD.

I got another call about an hour later from their pharmacy wanting to discuss the supplements they were preparing for me. I told them no, I am not going forward. I hope I don't find a bunch of supplements in my mail box that I'll be required to pay for as I made it CLEAR TO KIERSTEN, I'M OUT.

If you have the financial means, this may be a great company for you and you might have good results. But for me...I am too crushed to work with those I reached out to for a lifeline for real medical issues and they were not up front and truthful.

I have been seeing Dr. Landa for a year and a half. I started out with diabetes, high cholesterol, kidney disease, failing memory, thyroid problems, anemia and gastric problems. My a1c dropped from 7.2 to 6.2. Anemia is gone. Kidney problems have improved dramatically. My cholesterol is now down to 110. I actually need to raise it a little. Thyroid is working better. Memory greatly improved. At 73 I have a sex life again. Had my last appointment today and I am truly amazed. BTW I have been able to reduce or do away with many of my prescriptions because of the effectiveness of the natural supplements she has put me on. I hate to think what condition I would be in if I had not found Dr. Landa and BodylogicMD.

Dr. Negrin is awesome! So caring, passionate, and knowledgeable about the world of hormones, which can be very confusing. I appreciate the support, time, and attention I receive from Dr. Negrin. The entire staff in the Maitland office is supportive too. My only issue with BodyLogic is the absolutely awful "new and improved" patient portal/EMR system. I can't see the information I used to see or easily make changes. Appointments are missing, and the interface is not user-friendly. What was wrong with the old system? The new one is TERRIBLE. It's like the programming team didn't take the end user into consideration at all. I'm pretty good with technology, and I'm regularly frustrated with the new system. The phones are also difficult to use, as the numbers regularly ring busy or disconnect when you press a number. For the amount of money I spend her out of pocket, I expect a better level of technology to manage meds, appointments, calls, etc.

Dr. Landa is great. She gives you 100% of her attention, actively listens to you, and makes recommendations specific to your needs. I initially went to her to get my hormones in check and she was able to offer so much more that has tremendously improved my life!
