I had a foot surgery which was supposed to fuse a joint as well. From the day of surgery my pain was worse than prior to surgery and every time I told him he said “give it more time to heal” but did not listen. Well 2 years and 2 months after being in pain a CT scan was finally done and 2 of the 4 screws were IN joints. Actually in the joints. This caused me so much pain. Well now I have had another surgery for removal of old hardware and new placement. I am 16 weeks post surgery with no pain. This time done right down in the valley. I highly suggest the drive to a better surgeon in the valley than this man. The worst part is I told him how much I kept hurting and he blew me off only to find out the reason I was in so much pain was literally his fault due to improper screw placement.

FRAUD!! Watch out,. They try to bill twice for the same service!
My mother is pushing 80, she can no longer manage her own bills. As her son, I have taken over that responsibility. What I have uncovered is that Dr Haymans practice is billing my Mother for a visit that was completely paid by her Medicare & her secondary BCBS of CA. Even after discovering Haymans office cashed the check from BCBS on Feb 26, 2024, they sent her a bill on 5/16/24. They refused to aknowledge payment on June 6, 2024 and stated that I needed to send them a letter "Explanation of Benefits" to their billing service. I offered to give them the check # of the check they cashed in Feb, they refused. BCBS faxed them the letter while I was on the phone with them. I can't believe I have to prove to hayman that they were paid. I guess they want to maximize their profits by making the patient act as their accounts receivable dept.
It is now June 14. After doing everything they requested and verifying they were paid in full, they will NOT discuss anything about the fraudulent second billing to me or my Mother.
On June 6, I called their billing Dept and spoke to Necia & requested to speak to a supervisor. Was told I would get a call within 48hrs. Never happened! Called them again on June 14 and they will not discuss the status of the bill with me or my Mother. Called Haymans office after that and received a nasty response from them. I told them I am giving you the opportunity to discuss this over the phone or would you prefer we do this in your reception area in front of other patients. They said I quote "BRING IT ON!"
People, be careful haymans place is DIRTY. Go somewhere else and not get caught up in Fraudulent duplicate billing practices like haymans place. If they hit my Mother's credit report, we will take them to court & seek the maximum damages for fraudulent billing and the stress it has caused my mother. I will be contacting BCBS of CA and AZ next to file a complaint against Hayman. It really gets under my skin when seniors are taken advantage of.

Awesome experiences!! Started with nail fungus, nail trimming to getting a really bad bunion/hammertoe surgery. Great staff, very thorough and followup. My primary doctor hadn't sent over the release for my surgery. 2 of the office staff went to my primary doctor to be sure I got my release!!! How fantastic is that!!
Doctor Hayman did my foot surgery and kept me informed before and after the surgery. Followup visits are great. Can't say enough about what a great experience it has been.

Dr.Hayman is the best doctor!!! I have recently had foot surgery and he was always there and so was the staff. Dr. Hayman is so nice and talks to you as more than a patient more like a person and really is down to earth caring for his patients. The staff is so welcoming and friendly!! I have never met any dr nicer than Dr.Hayman.. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.. Highly recommend him .. I don’t know any Dr that will go the extra mile to make sure everything is ok and he will ask any concerns you may have.. ❤️?

I have been a patient of Dr. Brad L. Hayman in his Prescott office on Clearwater Dr. for four years or more, and he has done surgery on my foot. He helped me treat a nail fungus and is careful with my diabetic problems. His support staff is great, they did tests and when they fitted me for diabetic shoes, they did all the legwork with my insurance coverage.

This was my first visit and was very impressed with Dr. Hayman and his staff. They were all professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and very helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Hayman if you would like the best care possible for your feet and ankles.
