Very nice/professional staff front office staff. Short wait time to see the doctor. Dr. Ruetenik is nice/professional and easy to talk to. He addressed all my concerns. Went over my x-rays and spent time with me explaining what I was looking at and what needed to be done. I never felt rushed or that he was in a hurry. Great visit. Glad i found him.

I’ve recently been under the care of Dr. Brad Ruetenik. His expertise and professionalism are right in line with his high standards of the before, during and after surgery. He takes the time to address all your concerns while making sure your after care is being followed per instruction. I will be coming back to him next year for my other foot. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Way too many forms to fill out on a pad at checkin. Prefer to do it in advance.
Young woman assistant who took me into exam room was not friendly--had an attitude of impatience.

Save your time and money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THEY WANT MONEY WITHOUT PROVIDING ANY COMFORT TO PATIENTS.

Incompetency from top to bottom.
1. Referral was mismanaged.
2. Sending to LA from north county for orthotics shoes.
3. Wouldn’t cross check my address.
4. Dr Brad explained nothing. Wasn’t happy at all with him. Spent 5 min only. Sent a PA who didn’t know anything about the process. Every question was answered with “ I dont know”.
5. Forced me to call the physician group to get referral processed and faxed to correct area.
5. Office person didn’t think they were doing anything wrong yet she’s sending referral to LA.
6. Forced me to call multiple offices and spent 5 hours of my time.
7. Office manger Gloria no where to be found. Called every location looking for her.
8. Close clinic 15 min before 5 pm while google listing shows 5pm closed time.
9. I will report to health care authority and file a malpractice complain against them.
10. This treatment perhaps was due to color of my skin.
