Dr.Inlow has been wonderful in assisting my daughter with a permanent condition with her feet. His office staff is a whole other story. I have received the worst quality service with his staff. I dealt with a Mira today and she refused to recognize that my daughter had a previous referral to be seen. After she told me a supervisor would call me back, I waited and instead of a supervisor Mira again called me back. I explained that I had contacted my daughters primary and that a pre-existing referral was on file. At this point I questioned why she refused to be helpful in regards to a patient. She then told me that without a new referral for the permanent condition my appointment had already been cancelled. I informed her that I did not authorize a cancellation and she told me a supervisor did it. I received a text notification 5 minutes post the phone call of the cancellation. I then received an email stating that the reason for the cancellation was patient requested, after I very clearly stated that in no way did I authorize a cancellation of the appointment. My daughters regular MD confirmed that the authorization is on file and that a permanent condition would not need a new authorization. When dealing with medical issues having staff that instead of being courteous and helpful are argumentative and uncaring is incredibly frustrating. To be told that it was a coding issue that needed to be adjusted but then not having anyone willing to help out a patient should be grounds for dismissal. Whoever else dealt with this situation should be ashamed of yourselves. The simple fact was that my daughter needs to see her podiatrist and the office staff created such a mess of a situation that Dr. Inlow will be losing a regular patient because of his staffs behavior.

I had an appointment with Dr.Inlow today. He was wonderful, straightforward about treatment, which I liked. He will be doing my foot surgery next month, so I will leave another review post surgery. His office staff were nice and they took xrays there! Very convenient!
