Great and comfortable experience. Starting from the front desk to the dentist everyone is so friendly and helpful ! Dr. Joseph Chakar is a very nice and knowledgeable dentist. I am very happy I chose Bright Now dental in Pico.

I went here yesterday after not seeing a dentist for a while (Paranoid). I was more than pleasantly surprised. All of the staff were very kind and friendly. My dentist Dr Zapata just the best made sure I was comfortable all the way through. Dr Zapata made sure I knew what was going on and checked in with me numerous times to make sure I was comfortable. The dental assistant was also awesome. I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had. So if you have any fears about dentistry book your appointment here you won't be disappointed.

I've seen a few dentists in my day but this is the first that I feel I can recommend to others. I was a bit concerned going in at first because of the emphasis on the cosmetics associated with teeth in their ads. Other dentists had wanted to provide expensive services that would only improve my teeth's appearance with very little improvement in their function. I just want them to chew my food and not be painful. The Dentist here, did not try and sell me services (like bridge work) that I could of really used when I was younger but not now. And I appreciate that.
I did need deep cleaning, no surprise there. Michelle was excellent. AgIn, this was not first time. She was very skilled and professional and earned my full recommendation.
The whole experience of my visit was a pleasent surprise. Oh yah, the place was clean and very up to date technically.

From walking in and leaving, the experience here was great! The ladies in the front desk are super friendly and sweet. Was greeted as soon as I walked in and helped. It’s very clean and organized here. The staff in the back is amazing as well. I got a cleaning and the hygienist really took her time with my cleaning, which I really appreciate! Shout out to Cristina who was super amazing, helpful and understanding. Will definitely come back to this office.

Great experience. My elderly mother was treated with respect and patience. This can be difficult on any busy staff, yet the Pico Rivera staff always greeted her with a genuine smile. We drove for over 30 minutes for each of her many appointments (possibly 8 or more) to get to this place even though we had another Bright Now office 5 minutes away. The drive was worth it to ensure my mother felt comfortable, and most importantly that she could trust the staff. Christina, the receptionist is the best at customer service. Whatever training you're providing in customer service, keep doing it! THANK YOU

I loved this place! I get bad anxiety when I go to the dentist and everyone who helped me was so sweet and understanding! They answered all my questions, no matter how small, and would check on me throughout the procedures! I would highly recommend!
