The staff in the office was very nice. The dentist that worked with me was professional. The owner of this place is terribly rude and they don’t know how to properly bill the insurance company. Since they continually bill my insurance company incorrectly they get turned down on payment and they expect me to pay for their mistakes. My insurance company tells me that the documents have never been received for billing. I went to another dentist for the same exact thing and they had no problem processing the insurance and getting paid. I requested the documents that they were trying to submit to the insurance company so I can submit them for them so far they have refused to provide me with their billing documents. When I talk to the owner about this, she was terribly rude and condescending. I told her this is not the way you should treat your customers and she tells me we don’t have customers, We have Patients. I said well that’s kind of the same thing. I think the owner’s name is Charlotte Milch.

My doctor was very nice and reciprocal about my timely appointment. The staff were also very friendly and amiable people. But my teeth looked messed up. I never knew I had a third wisdom tooth impacted like that beneath the gum. ? Hearing about the process of how they’re going to remove both of them sounds even more painful. Still, I relatively enjoyed my visit.

Dr Milch and her staff are wonderful! My hygienist, Olivia was so gentle. My cleaning didn't hurt at all and she did a great job. Ashley took X-rays for my new patient visit. She is very nice and efficient. The receptionists were friendly. It's easy to get to with adequate parking.

Dr. Milch and her staff are the absolute best dental experience I have ever had. The office is so clean and the front staff so welcoming. Ashley helped me many times and answered all my questions and explained the procedures I need to have done so well. And Dr Milch is so kind and capable, I can’t recommend this office enough. My cleaning left my teeth feeling squeaky clean and (I think Melissa) the hygienist who did the cleaning was gentle and super communicative. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. Milch is awesome. And Anna was so sweet and made sure that I was comfortable and chatted with me while I waited to get numb. They were both checking in the whole time during my procedure to make sure that I was okay and properly numbed. Lucky to have been under their care, I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience.

I've only been twice for cleanings, but I've had a very positive experience both times. I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. The hygienists are engaging and informative, same for the dentists when they came to consult with me.
It's about as pleasant a visit to the dentist can get.
