Love this practice because of how fair and professional they are. I came here after another practice tried to sell me all kinds of treatment I didn’t need, the difference I experienced here will keep me coming back every time. All of the staff are very friendly and helped me with insurance advice too! They explain everything and the treatment I did need was given with lots of patience, explanations and professionalism. Definitely highly recommended and I will certainly keep coming back!

I was looking for a dentist that was closer to my house and that would take me ASAP because I broke my back tooth. Brite Smile Family Dentistry was the one I thought to give a try. When I called the receptionist was very polite and helpful, she was also very patient with me because I didn't know if my insurance was a PPD or HMO. I'm happy they accepted my insurance and they made me an appointment for that Monday! because Dr. Sarafian is a great dentist. On my first appointment he had a print out of what my insurance covered and percentages of different procedures. He explained what I need and when the time for my appointment for the procedure he saw that I was extremely nervous and was so calming and reassuring. He explained exactly what he was going to do to keep me at ease. He made me feel very comfortable and his assistant was so nice and friendly! She made me feel welcomed. She was very personable. The whole staff there were different from what I've experienced from other dental offices. The whole staff honestly gives the feeling that they really enjoy the work they do, and their energy resonates it.

I don't recommend this dentist.

BESIDES... The front desk staff, and the woman who helped service me because they were really nice and professional.

But this dentistry doesn't open at the time listed when I went it was about 40 mins after that they finally opened up. I was scheduled to see this provider through a 3rd party company that this dentist participates in but the day before the appointment they call me and tell me they don't know how to process the appointment, and wanted me to reschedule my appointment for a week later (as if that would solve their problem) I wasn't able to do so and they only told me the day before but I show up and Dr. Sarafian tells me something along the lines of "its so silly that you're here because we don't know how to process this" and then after 30-40 mins of back and forth with them putting me on the phone with the 3rd party medical provider and then listening to Dr. Sarafian explain to me they are confused (again a program this clinic itself signed up for) they service me. But on the phone with the 3rd party medical provider they tell me all the dentist has to do is just submit that they completed the service online nothing really too fancy or complicated. I mean given the circumstances he didn't seem all too bad because I get it, but if they let me know earlier I would've had time to just reschedulw with a different provider all together but overall he came out a little like he was patronizing me for something I had little control over.
