Dr. Britto and Dr. K are an amazing team! I have had the pleasure of having both my kids have braces with them and one has just finished her treatment and has a magnificent smile now. From the beginning Dr. Britto was very clear about the plan and concerns. He explained in detail what he wanted to do and when he wanted to try something new he would always ask for our opinions as well. Even in the end he made sure we were happy with the outcomes. I loved that they would also ask my teen her thoughts and included her in decisions because ultimately it is her responsibility to do the work with rubber bands and such. We had a pretty intensive case with her and it did take longer but we expected it and are very very pleased with the whole experience and the results. Something I noticed throughout and that impressed me was how Dr. Britto and Dr. K work really hard to train their team. You can tell that that it is a priority in their office. They teach their staff and take the time to make sure they do a good job and they do it kindly. It’s a top notch orthodontic office.

Dr. Britto, Dr. Elizabeth, and every staff member at this office provide outstanding care for their patients. The front desk employees greet us so warmly every single visit, all of the techs and both doctors are extremely gentle, patient, and friendly, all while achieving beautiful smiles. They are very accommodating to orthodontic emergencies and have always been able to squeeze us in ASAP as needed. One of my children has completed phase 1 of palate expansion/braces and the results are amazing. My second child is currently receiving the same process and the progress is promising so far. We’ve had an amazing experience with Britto Orthodontics over the years. Both of my girls have been patients here, and the care and professionalism have always been top-notch. My son’s needs were different and even though we could have received free treatment through Medicaid at a much closer location. I knew we would be back to see Dr. Britto and his amazing staff. What truly sets this practice apart, is how incredibly accommodating and understanding they are with my son, who is on the autism spectrum. The first several appointments were overwhelming for him. New place, lots of different stimuli and the fear of not knowing what to expect. The staff shows such patience, kindness, and flexibility to make sure he fells safe and comfortable during every visit. They take the time to explain each step. Usually more than once (shout out to Daniel), give him breaks, and adjust the environment when needed. They are exceptional at positively reinforcing his behavior and allowing him to have some control and decisions over his visits. During his high fives and “great job” goodbyes, they manage to make me feel seen as the parent. I get a “you’re doing great” recognition of my own. It’s like they can see me holding it together. They take the time and care to make small changes as to not disturb his sensory challenges. Due to this, his treatment plan extended longer than normal and they are just as patient and understanding almost 3 years later as they were the very first visit. Watching them celebrate my child/children as they accomplish this goal is something not just hoped for but actually happens. You can feel it and see it. They are proud! It made such a difference for our family. I’m beyond grateful and will be back for phase two. Just not to soon, mama needs a break. 😂
