The workers there are incredible and it’s always clean and pristine. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I have a severe fear of the dentist, but they’re always accommodating and kind about it. I would recommend them to anyone.

I would go anywhere for clear braces except this place. They don't have the proper equipment to scan your teeth. Therefore, they must do mold impressions, which wouldn't be bad if they could get it right, but they can't.

After my first appointment, I was told they would contact me in 2 weeks, which they did not do. I called them 3 weeks later to find out that I had to go back to their office to do another mold because the first one had voids in it. Almost 4 weeks later, and I returned for my 2nd time. They still could not get it right. They wanted to try for a 3rd mold, but I refused because I did not have the time in my schedule to accommodate additional delays.

They do a fantastic job at cleaning teeth, but maybe they should stick to that.

The doctors and dental staff are great but the front desk staff is rude and can’t be bothered with. I was with this office as a patient for years but recently needed to move my cleaning appointment,. I was told I’d have to wait until November before they’d could fit me in for a cleaning or I’d have to find another dental office. They are still accepting new patients so they do have open slots but won’t use those times on existing patients. Guess I’ll have to find another dental office because life happens and people sometimes have to reschedule. Your patients shouldn’t be dismissed like that.

They have been able to fix my wife's teeth with far better results than any of her previous dentists and for a bit lower price. We've never had to have work redone and if anything was questionable they have been willing to work with us on a cost effective treatment plan. Very clean and very well staffed. One of the few places that asked me if it was okay to take x-rays rather than telling me that I needed them just because.

Cabazon Dental is by far the best, most professional and caring business that I've ever had the pleasure of using to take care of my teeth.
