I paid upfront for some work that I needed done so I felt like I had to stick with them. At Each appointment the service got worse and worse. There is only one doctor lady at this office but they will book 4/5 clients at once. You’re waiting hours for a super rushed service. Because the work is rushed it cannot be quality. I’ve had 2 filling on different appointments fall right out, one within the same day. One with in the same week. One assistant girl was really nice but obviously in training and should not be left alone to finish up the doctors work. She kept dropping my temporary crown on the floor while trying to file it down. She ended up bonding the crown to my tooth wrong and when she remove it she removed a filling that was on the other tooth by accident. At that appointment I was there for 3 1/2 hours in total most of the time just waiting. I wouldn’t say Customer service is rude, it’s just non existent. I paid almost $2,000 out of pocket for this type of service so just wanted to warn other customers.

Terrible experience. Front desk lady was nice. However, when it came to cleaning my teeth... she scrapped for like 3 mins (jumped around in there); it felt rushed and low quality. Whole experience was unlike any other dental experience I have had. I had four problematic things in my mouth; my cleaning should have lasted more than three minutes. They rushed and wasted my cleaning service that is paid for by my insurance. I'm too nervous to get fillings done there. The place also looks incredibly empty.. I will not be going back and have already booked a re-cleaning that I'll pay for out of pocket with another place.

Edit: I told them directly I didn't want to book another appointment. Since then they KEEP calling. Today, I get a text saying someone booked an appointment for me? What the heck?

Everyone was so incredibly nice here! The receptionist, the dental assistant, and the dentist himself - I was thoroughly impressed with how warm and kind they all were. Additionally, every dental office I've ever been to before this one had such a long wait, even when they weren't busy. This place, however, was quick and the longest I waited between things was maybe 3 minutes. So wonderful.

Had an appointment, but they didn't feel the need to tell me it was canceled!!! Show up, and the gate is closed . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I had a great first tike experience. The receptionist was attentive, polite and knowledgeable. I haven't been to the dentist in years and they made me comfortable and were very transparent. I also brought my teenage boys and they were polite to them as well. This location is very clean and I would recommend it for your dental needs.

I’ve been coming here for several years now and even though they seem to have a turn over of dentists, they have always been good. They don’t pressure you into work you don’t need done and everyone is kind and compassionate.

I have been coming here for over a year and LOVED it. everyone was so nice and attentive. the doctor always made me feel heard and i left feeling good each time. BUT they have recently changed doctors and the front desk lady and i’m not sure if they’re both new but i hate how they are running things. i’ve never had to wait to be seen. and now i have to wait each time to even be acknowledged. maybe it’s because they’re understaffed, whatever it is made me leave crying each time and left with nothing done. i come here to be attended not waste anyone’s time so i expect that same in return.

I had a wonderful experience at Cal Select Dental Group, not only was a seen immediately but I was treated kindly. I felt that all the staff was polite and very knowledgeable. Although I am upset I have to have a root canal done, I feel at ease knowing I will be in good hands.
