Recovery from a total knee replacement is not an easy process. Matt and the team at Caldwell Physical Therapy provided the expertise, patience, and encouragement to help me rehabilitate and gain strength and full functioning of my affected knee/leg. Jessica is an incredible receptionist/office manager. The wonderful team of PT assistants are highly skilled and provide positive feedback and engaging conversations during your sessions. The entire atmosphere of the center is friendly, and one that makes you feel like your care and recovery is important to this team. Torrey is a terrific bonus to a visit, even for a person who prefers cats! I highly recommend Caldwell; Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation.

His staff, including Maddie, Megan, Kelsey, Tawney, Don, Elaine, and Andrea, are very caring and personable people. They are friendly and professional, and the atmosphere in the facility is upbeat. If you are looking for any type of physical therapy, this is the place! I went there after my knee replacement. I chose this particular facility after four calls to different facilities in my area. I am a retired LAPD policeman and with 28 years in South central LA , with multi injuries. This time, after a full knee replacement, they sent me to Caldwell. It was like being in heaven, Craig and Matt are the best to work on you and the other employees are great. Helpful, understanding with a high willingness to help you. From the receptionist, Andrea, (every small company needs an Andrea) she is the first person you see and the last when you leave), and it's more than just her smile. Each and every therapist, Maddy, Tawny, Kelsey, Dean, Don, Megan and Elaine (you get to know each) want to help you get better. Craig and Matt are great. This place is simply the best. I will never go to anyone else and I still have injuries to resolve.

I just completed 12 weeks of PT at Caldwell and I could not be more pleased!
From the moment you enter the door, you are greeted like family, and made to feel that way each visit.
I worked with PT Matt and was so grateful for his attention to detail as he progressed me through strength training and conditioning, as well as terrain and "leap" training in my later sessions, to get me safely and comfortably back into hiking.
From Jessica who greets you at the door (and who runs the place 🙂 ), to each of the amazing PT techs, you know you are in good hands.
Also, what cannot be overstated is their adherence to COVID safety protocols....masks, distancing whenever possible, antibacterial gel dispensers everywhere, scheduling fewer people in the gym at any given time, constant wiping down of equipment and any items that have been used, with germicides... (...and believe me, as a Nurse, I watch for these things!!)
