The Therapist's are very attentive and professional. The assistents work you through your exercises with lots of encouragement. You will really get challenged and have a great workout. I've had therapy on my shoulders and hip.

This place is phenomenal. You get many perspectives as you are seen and treated by more than one physical therapist. We don’t have enough respect for physical therapists, they are truly healers of the body! Every experience was awesome and I learned so much about what I should be doing at home to further rehabilitate. They also use an app that is very user friendly and instills good habits for the future. Highly recommend!

3 stars because of front desk girl named Marisol that usually sits on the left side.

I had been going to PT appointments ever since this place opened around 2022 about two years now.
I would have appointments at least once a week or twice a month. Been a customer/ patient for awhile.
I really enjoyed working with all the staff including Kurt, Kelsey, Kevin, Kaila, Bella, Zavier, and all the other PT assistants.

I was about to leave a 5 star review and I had a rude phone conversation with Marisol. She deserves an one star personally.

I had a family emergency come up and I had to cancel on the day of. Life happens. Mom got a heart attack and had to go into the hospital but I couldn't afford to pay $50 out of pocket so I asked if I can talk to Kurt and ask if that could be waived. Then she read me the company policy and didn't really understand so I asked her to rephrase that. Then she said the same exact thing over so I was confused on why and how I had to have all of my 5 future appointments and call in for my EVERY appointment to see if my provider has an appointment on the day of? That's like a big screw you, we don't care if you are loyal patients to us because we have enough customers. Might be just better to pay $50 if you don't want dumb tension it built up to.

I was an inconvenience to Marisol and got to experience her cushy front desk phone manner attitude and hung up on me when I said I will talk to Kurt when he calls back when I was about to ask her about my insurance info.

I called back to finish asking about my insurance question and of course didn't pick the phone when I called twice. I know usually when they are busy with the patient at the front desk, they usually pick up and put me on hold. So it was on purpose not to pick up the two calls back after she hung up on me. She is straight up rude, didn't even answer with her name when she picked up. I left a voicemail to get her name so I don't have to deal with her again. Of course, I didn't know who I was talking to because she never picked up with her name. I guess Marisol was the only new girl after Kelsey, who was always kind, was the only front desk girl.

I spoke to Kurt who is the head of this location and raised my concerned that Marisol is insensitive to the patients and hung up on the phone. Kurt waived my $50 fees for canceling on the day of and the ridiculous company policy Marisol read me.

I got no apologizes for being her inconvenience when I went in the next appointment. I don't even care for an useless apology.

Just have some respect, be kind, and don't have a tone or an attitude on the phone. People can feel your energy even through the phone. You are dealing with patients. I work at many hospitals and dental clinics as a front desk in the medical field. I would not allow my staff to talk to a patient like that or hang up or be rude. Get it together or you're gonna have patients with sour taste every time you see that front desk girl when you come in if they continue to work through this location.

I wanted to write a review for Ca Rehab in Cypress because this has been an uplifting experience in my life. I have received the very best care here from Kurt Nofziger who is my Physical Therapist and his knowledgeable and experienced staff. Every single person here is caring and helpful. Here they work as a team with Kurt as the leader to provide their patients with healing tools for their injuries to take with them to assist them and maintain a healthy life style and to be the best that they can be. I highly recommend this facility! I have been seen here for both full rotator injuries and arthritis in my knee.

Horrible billing experience. When I set up the 1st appointment I requested a confirmation on cost of service for the visit. They ran my insurance and assured me of the amount. I asked, are you certain because I didn't want a surprise bill later.
On the phone and day of visit at front desk they confirmed my payment.
Now, I got a bill for almost double and they say the payment I made was a "good faith payment " wtheck.
I called they're billing department and left messages and called no response. So I called the facility and now I'm waiting again for their director to return my message.
