Ashley was an amazing occupational therapist. She clearly explained what is trigger finger and the strategy for our sessions. She took the time to understand my concerns and answered all of my questions clearly and with compassion. She gave me clear direction both in sessions and for “homework.” She helped set proper expectations so I would ‘t end up frustrated or discouraged. The recovery is a journey and Ashley has set me up for life-long success
The front desk team was awesome. I received a warm welcome every time and they always had my receipt ready at the end of my appointment.
I hope I can avoid injuries in the future and not have to return but if I do, I will gladly return for the excellent care of Ashley and the Cal Rehab Lakewood team.

Don’t hesitate to use California Rehab and sports. After my knee replacement I received the highest quality of care from the front desk to the physical Therapist and all the aids. They made huge strides in my improvement and treated me like family. Remembered my name, never made me wait and they were always on time. The office was inside of a gym and I was able to use the equipment which helped immensely in my recovery. A special thank you to Silverton and CJ for their words of encouragement and support during my recovery. Thanks to all the aids for the extra advice and instructions.

Silverton and the team at this location are fantastic! They are there to get you better and challenge you at a pace that's just right for you. They listen and engage with you like old friends. I came in for an old persistent injury and they were encouraging and hopeful in mending it. I had previously done PT somewhere else, but it was mostly rest and repeat. The team here had a completely different and functional approach that allowed me to still do the things I love while incorporating new ways to heal. This is a great place and I highly recommend it!

Excellent service. Came in for a calf strain. Silverton was great. He explained each exercise, Its purpose, what to expect from recovery. Patient. He actually listened so he understood my goals and adjusted therapy accordingly. I would definitely recommend California Rehab.

Great Doctor, assistants and staff. Very helpful and friendly. If I ever need to do PT again, I will definitely be doing it at California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy.
