Dr Anhalt is one of the best dermatologists that I have ever seen. He keeps you in a jovial and up mood even when discussing things as serious as Cancer. He has an extremely kind and caring personality. I don’t think he has to try hard to pull this off because he actually IS kind and caring. I wish all doctors were as human as this man is. His staff Is excellent as well from the people at Reception all the way to his medical assistant. I recommend this man and his staff wholeheartedly!

This is one of the most poorly ran and highly unprofessional Medical practices I've ever been to in my life. Not only is the front office and back office staff incompetent and unprofessional so is Dr. Anhalt. This post is long overdue.

I called in to Have a Prescription refilled and spoke with one of their incompetent staff members Chloe. Who acted like she had no idea what I was talking about; even though she was the one to help me with Authorization for the prescription. When she came to her senses; she informed me Dr. Anhalt would only honor my request if I paid for prescription in advance. Which I've never had to do. I called back to speak with Dr. Anhalt to understand why I needed to pay in advance when I've never had to do so. Dr. Anhalt denied stating this to Chloe, and I asked why she would say that if it's not true. He then gets offended and insinuated I was calling him a liar. I explain to him I felt he was lying as I was being told two different stories, he then becomes irate and starts shouting at the top of his lungs about me calling him a liar. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable, seeing other post on yelp and Google its a known fact Dr. Anhalt has terrible Bedside Manner with patients and is extremely abrasive as a person. I don't know how he's lasted this long as a medical professional.

The phone was then taken over by Chloe and I was told I could no longer seek treatment at that office. I contacted the President of CSI (BIFF) who've I spoken to previously regarding issues with staff giving me my treatment. He couldn't care less, I was gaslighted and told Dr. Anhalt never behaves in that way. I explained that the reviews involving his staff and Dr. Anhalt prove other wise. I was told by Biff he would reach out to Dr. Anhalt and speak with him regarding this issue and help me get my treatment. Well that call never came, that's ok during that call Biff informed me he reads all yelp reviews. So I know he'll be delighted to read this and I have escalated this matter to the Board of Doctors and reported his Grossly unprofessional conduct.

I have been going to this clinic for quite sometime. Every time I go in for treatment there is always issues with staff not doing their job by filling out and sending in Authorizations or being incredibly Rude. I had an issue several times with staff lying and refusing to give me my treatment. To the point I've had to escalate this issue to upper Management. Not to mention they have a revolving door of staff which tells me this place has poor management and even Pooper Doctors.

I don't recommend anyone coming to this clinic for treatment as they are highly unprofessional and don't take patient care seriously.

Dr. Anhalt assured me he could prescribe something to help me with my skin’s condition. He is THE BEST! He is knowledgeable, kind and confident, everything we all need in a Doctor.
His nurse and front desk staff are great!
