I give this office a 5 out 5! They offer complimentary exam and X-rays. The office is nice, clean &smells amazing with all the lit candles. Front desk manager Brianna was very polite &friendly, She made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in, to the moment she went over my treatment from 1st priority to last , super understanding when it came to budgeting my personal finances & helped me coordinate monthly payments that worked best for me. I was taken back by the kind assistant Michelle, She was very informative and answered all of my questions and concerns. Dr. Mahsa is really sweet and gentle when it came down to my treatment, she shows the love she has for her job through her work! This office is amazing and provide great quality in treatment and customer service! 👌🏼👍🏻 highly recommended.

If we could give this place 0 stars we would. DO NOT GO HERE. My husband had an appointment scehduled for 8am this morning 11/17 & mind you they've been calling him yesterday to set up the appointment to come in. He gets a confirmation for his appointment wakes up and heads out to his appointment. When he arrives the place is CLOSED, a girl shows up 10 mins or so after set appointment time and tells my husband janelle or whatever her name was the receptionist was supposed to call him to let him know theres no doctor in today. Her excuse was they were supposed to let him know but not sure what happened.
A. Why would you schedule an appointment with no doctor in today ?
B. What was the point of that confirmation if it was "cancelled"?
C. Office hours says the place opens at 9 yet they scheduled my husband at 8AM.. and staff shows up LATE.
Not sure why there isnt a doctor in today when they literally called him and told him to schedule and come in!! Dont waste your time coming here. The place is unorgnaized. If you guys are going to take 8am appointments someone needs to be there setting up before patients get there! So if they needed to make calls they can. Instead of having people show up and then scambling and blaming each other on who was supposed to call. No wonder they never have patients and it always looks closed any time you pass by.

Terrible!!!!
Don’t waste your time or money. I have been waiting for a crown for the longest after being mistreated by the doctor. The crown that came in apparently was the wrong size and the staff found it comical. Now I'm waiting for a replacement and I have called several times to get a different response each time. My favorite response was “The girls are looking for it in the back”. This is what you tell a customer who has paid out of pocket for a root canal and crown replacement. And let’s not forget every time I called they said they would call me back. They didn’t. But I’m not surprised. Piss poor service.

You want to know who you’re dealing with? Let me tell you exactly what you’re going to hear, you’re going to hear the assistants and the doctors talk about your care in the hallway for everyone in other rooms to hear, you’re going to see other people’s profiles and X-rays on the tv screen in front of you. The Doctor even went as far as having me wait over an hour before numbing me because “she was not going to treat me for free”. She literally said this to the assistant in the hallway after I had been prepped and waiting for over 30 minutes in the chair. To make matters worse I already told them I was paying up front out of pocket. But this white Doctor took one look at me smiled in my face and assumed I was too poor to pay for services.

I’m still dealing with this terrible office because I have to wait for my new crown to come in and my temporary crown has fallen off several times. They tried to offer me a free cleaning but the service is so horrible and the place is so filthy I refuse to let them near me again.

This office is terrible at communicating with you when you need something. Also they take advantage of medi-cal patients and make them pay for “extras” … being I attempted to decline that extra service the coordinator breana said doctor could not do my fillings. I’m still Waiting for office manager to call me back to dispute this. I don’t recommend this office.

Terrible, The x-ray lady have to x-ray me 4 times at one side to complete the x-ray. Not skilled worker!
The waiting time is over than an hour even I had an appointment and I went earlier… I ended up left the dental place without cleaning.
Chose other clink if you can.
And btw, this is ironically the free cleaning they offer me bc my last time experience was TERRIBLE too! And they missed their second chance. Such a joke.

I have visited many different dental offices in the past. But, I find this place to be one of the best. Dr. Kim is very confident, skillful, and also gentle. In particular, I really appreciated that Dr. Kim kindly explained about several treatment options I could have. I think he is a very trustworthy and reliable dentist. The receptionist (I believe her name is Kelly) and other staff members were very also very kind and friendly. There was almost on waiting time and they were very knowledgeable of my insurance coverage and the details. Even my 10-year-old son (whose tooth has been extracted) liked the people and his experience at this place. I would highly recommend this place.

I was looking for a new dentist and came across this office decided to give it a try and it was one of the best decisions I have made! Front staff was very friendly and welcoming, there was no wait time the assistance were also very kind and made sure that you were comfortable the whole time. The Dr was very kind and made sure to explain the treatment in detail! My insurance would not cover the whole treatment but they were able to offer financial options to cover the rest of the treatment. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a dental office!
