I went to Dr. Mary Chien’s office to get a procedure done over the span of multiple appointments and months. At the time of the first visit, I was in extreme amounts of pain and desperately needed immediate help from a specialist.

Fortunately, with her team, they were able to take care of my needs very quickly! Each time I went in, each person was friendly and welcoming.

They were always punctual and I was taken cared of immediately as I arrived on time or a little early - I never had to wait 30 minutes like at some other doctor’s office.

Not only is Dr. Chien incredible and highly experienced at what she does, she goes through each step of the process with the utmost care - being detail oriented and gentler than other doctors I’ve been to. She also communicates clearly what is going on, what will happen, a recap of the procedure once it’s done, and what to expect next. You never need to worry about not knowing or being confused about what’s going on. Her communication skills are great and she displays empathy for the patient, which I very much appreciate. Her assistant is also very skilled and helpful.

The office and rooms are all clean and hygienic. On top of it all, her patient chair is the most comfortable one I’ve ever sat in. So, that’s a nice plus when you have to lay still for 1+ hours at a time.

Overall, every aspect is a 5/5 stars from me. Service, prices, punctuality, cleanliness, and expertise. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an endodontist!

Dr. Chien was recommended by two highly respected dentists who assured me this is who they go to. Dr. Chien's quiet, clean, welcoming, professional office allowed me to nearly fall asleep while being worked on. I had two painless root canals. She uses the most specialized equipment and techniques allowing amazing precision.

I’ve always heard that root canals are the worst and very painful procedures but Dr Chien was TRULY incredible! Very gentle and comforting with the entire procedure and follow up! Would absolutely recommend and her team of staff is wonderful too!! Thank you Dr Chien 🙏🏼

I went to see Dr Mary for a root canal infection. Her office was extremely clean and staffs were very friendly and professional at the time. She fixed my dental problem that was the result of a botched root canal from another dentist. I am so grateful that I found her. Highly recommend her.
