This place exceeded my expectation, I was afraid at first, specially because it was my kid first dentist visit, but we were greeted with a smile, the ladies at the front counter were very welcoming and professional.

One of the things I like the most is that on their policy it states that they are gonna recommend the procedure they believe is the appropriate for your child, not the one that the insurance cover, a lot of places just recommend whatever is covered by the insurance even though muy not be the best for your child.

They were playing Mario Bros the movie at the waiting area, which my kid started to watch, then when the assistants took us to the room, they have tvs one in front of the chair, and one on top, which allows the kids to keep watching the movie.

The assistants were very welcoming and nice to my kid.

Then Dr Chen came, and he was very welcoming as well, answer all of our questions and concerns and treated our child with respect.

The front office was nice. The X-ray technician was very judgemental and rude. She had an attitude with me from the beginning questioning me. This office came recommended to me from a friend. I would not recommend this office to anyone. I later learned that they were recommending $300 worth of services that were deemed not necessary, especially since my child received a traumatic experience.

Rancho Cucamonga Children's Dentistry of Inland Empire has a beautiful, clean environment, good service attitude, and a Taiwanese doctor, so communication is not a problem. Chinese parents don't have to worry. I highly recommend it.

Place has not disappointed me so far, it’s not their fault kids have bad teeth and need work done, they work as gently and carefully as they can. It’s a fine place and we will continue to come here from Ontario, CA.

My daughter first came here and was seen by Dr. Chan for a check up. He was so rough with my eight year old . I am so glad I didn't schedule any work to be done with him. I had a friend recommend to see Dr. Jane and I am so glad I did. My daughter had to get a few fillings done. She was so gentle and patient she didn’t hurt my daughter at all.

The attitude of the doctors and nurses here is terrible, especially Dr. Chan. My kid cried and wanted his bad tooth back, he was indifferent and refused to give it to us, and said to us that it was a government regulation. I have since consulted with other dental clinics and they said there is no such regulation. In addition, after they gave my kid sedative, we waited forever to get the bad tooth pulled out.

The staff are extremely kind, knowledgeable, and sensitive to the needs of their patients. If you are looking for a great dentist for your children we highly recommend coming here!

My kids love coming to this dentist. I drive all the way from Moreno Valley just so my kids feel comfortable coming to the dentist. Both dr's are great with the kids. All the staff is very friendly and very accommodating. I only had a problem with one of the ladies at the front desk. Her name is Anna she is very rude and makes sarcastic remarks. Totally uncalled for!!! Other than that this office is great.
