It is 10:45 and we have been here since 8:45am. the front desk receptionist have no idea what their doing. And the one that says she's in charge continues to look at the computer as I spoke.
they finally called our name once we were leaving to catch another appointment. the dentist that came out for them told us that someone should have let her know.
we got skipped once then continue to be skipped as people made their appointments later.
this was the twins very first dentist experience. the next one will not be here.
the lady that said she was in charge never even helped my wife after coming up there complaining multiple timehes. she continue staring at her screen while the new girl was confused.

Great staff at front office and therapists. Well-equipped facility. HOWEVER! My main problem was that I was unable to get an estimate of my out-of-pocket expenses. After three visits, I canceled my remaining appointments because they were able to provide NO guidance on what expense to expect. How can one commit to paying for something, without knowing what you'll be billed. I called and spoke to at least 7 different representatives in billing, case management, financial department and no one was able to give me any insight. I researched the relevant billing codes to provide the billing representatives and was told they still couldn't provide quote or estimate because of proprietary contract information between CHOA and my insurer. My insurer is a major insurance provider, and was unable to help provide this information also, without information from CHOA. My son's therapy is now put on hold until I receive bills from the first three visits. I think this system needs to be improved, if medical providers hold people accountable. But for what are we being held accountable

This place is the absolute best! Jenny takes it upon herself to make sure we work hard towards recovery each visit AND makes sure we have fun while doing it! Bedside manner is unmatched. Love her and this place!

Trash, they literally took 3 weeks to send the insurance papers in, all whist I was dealing with a back injury. Meyer clearly didn't have any rush to send the papers in, and literally no care that I was waiting to be treated.
