I had a cracked/chipped tooth and needed a crown. It was the best dental experience for that kind of work that I've ever had. Admittedly the crack was high enough that they didn't need to build up the tooth for the crown.

They have the 3D tooth printing technology which is genius. I was in and out in just over 2 hours with a permanent crown. and unlike prior dental work experiences, I didn't have a headache and I wasn't numb. I was able to have a pain-free productive afternoon with a permanent crown after one session.

I highly recommend choice one for that procedure at least.

Great dental office! Dr. Rivera was the best. He choice in music took me back to my childhood and her singing wasn’t bad either. Get your teeth taken care of and get a free concert!!

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the exam and cleaning were thorough and pleasant. Mistie is wonderful and so is Dr. Marsen. I never felt rushed; the appointment started on time and was great overall. I would highly recommend Choice One Dental for professional, knowledgeable, dental care.

Dr. Lee and his staff are some of the nicest folks I've ever met! He even called the next day to make sure that I was doing ok. Great place and awesome folks.... I highly recommend!!

Renee was incredibly comforting gentle and kind. Dr Riviera was great too. The ladies at the front desk were very very helpful. The ambiance is nice and positive.

Called on a Monday to make a dental appt. since this office takes my insurance. The female I spoke with said they had a cancellation on Tuesday at 4pm if that day and time would work for me and I said yes. She emailed me all my paperwork (so she said) then I wouldn't have to come in earlier than my appt. to fill paperwork out. I filled ALL my information out online (that they sent me) including insurance information and my personal information. Went in on Tuesday, 15 minutes earlier than appt. and female at desk said she had more papers for me to sign. These papers were stating that if your insurance did not cover costs then you were liable for service completed AND if you did not show for appt. that this office would charge you for appt. While I was filling out papers (that they did not email), she called to verify that I had insurance. (Why did the office not do this before my appt. time?) Then she called me up to front desk and told me the insurance had my name but my date of birth was incorrect. I assured her I knew my birthdate! She told me I could still take my appt. but basically I would be liable for service. No way since I have insurance! I went to my car and called my insurance company (on same insurance card that I gave her) and gave them my name, date of birth and Member ID # and the person said YES you have insurance. I went back into office and handed the female my phone so she could speak with my insurance company. The female at this dental office was loud, rude, and made sure everyone in the office knew that I was a problem! WHY fill out all your information online, before appt. then get to your appt. to be told you don't have insurance but we will still take you for appt. to charge you whatever?! I don't think so! I gave 1 star because there is not a 0 to rate this dental office!

Mine was not like that. It was a comedy of errors from start to finish.
