Dr. Nettimi was nice... being an introvert, I appreciate having the option of a zoom/phone call and confirmation of appointments via text... he likes to laugh and is patient... his assessment helped for me to better understand myself and he made sure all my questions were answered

OMG! Dear God Nobody cares I've been dealing with Depression mental health issues for years I have been trying to get help and diagnosed "Can't Nobody Tell me I'm "Crazy " I was born crazy but not Mental Crazy, it's funny when people say your bipolar, schizophrenic,PTSD,anxiety, depression,mood disorder .... This isn't funny I don't wish any of this on anyone, or anyone's loved one's!! Don't judge ? because "You" will be judged ....
What can I expect in this country from this country I was born and raised here this is all I know I piss "Red,White ,Blue and my Yankee doody is Brown.....
The reviews on this place how can it still be open for business ...

Terrible communication, multiple incidents with disorganized scheduling causing confusion and conflict. Virtual meetings were a joke they referred useful apps that’s it. Don’t waste your time on an establishment that is unprofessional.

I received random text, with communication that felt like my child text me. They overshared doctor’s information, and could not be bothered by my choice to cancel. Not even trying to remedy the situation or take accountability.

The fact I did one zoom call to have him explain how to fill out a paper to go off that to diagnose my child a little off. He didn’t even monitor her let alone do an office visit. It’s either zoom or phone call. Then asked for her father who she sees 1 time ((maybe)) weekly to fill the form out on his thoughts and pushed the process back. I do believe I wasted weeks thinking someone can see my child in person before he labeled her.

If your okay with zoom only by all means but there process is awful.

Simply awful. They only offer video chats. The man in charge of scheduling has a horrible temper and no patience, thick accent that is difficult to understand. He got my email wrong and sent forms 1 hour before appointment. I called 20 minutes before my appointment and was let know I had been cancelled because the forms were not turned in even though I confirmed 3 times with them.

So I just scheduled an appt just now. The representative who took my call booked me very soon which I liked and very kind and polite...I will update my review once I have my 1st session or wait on a few. All I know is I am ready to better my mental health...
