After having 2 total knee replacements I was so glad to find Coastal Wellness. KK worked with me at my level. Never rushing and always concerned with my well being. Her gentle, caring attitude helped me progress. Since she is the only provider the office is quiet with no other patient noise. The office is clean and well organized to move through all exercises. Nancy, the office manager is extremely knowledgeable regarding insurance billing and very pleasant to work with. If you are having a surgical procedure and will be needing physical therapy book your PT early!

3 months after my shoulder surgery, I have 90% off my range of motion returned. As advised by KK (PT), I had my first appt with her the day after I had my post surgery appt. I continued to see her weekly for 2 months and then everyone other week. Each visit she massaged the area, took me through deep movements, then applied electrodes or ice, sending me home with exercise printouts to follow. I still do my exercises although I am finished with my treatment with her. If I have any further questions I know I can call and KK will answer.
She has great bedside manner and is most encouraging.

This is an amazing physical therapy practice. Kanchan has helped me through a range of issues, including recovery from MCL surgery and associated back & muscle problems. I trust her implicitly, and when I follow her plan things always get better. I can now walk pain free. She has also done a great job adapting to issues as I work through the plan. For example, I was compensating due to my knee surgery and she helped me understand how to holistically solve the problem by focusing on my hips and back, including exercises and stretches. Highly highly highly recommend.

I started physical therapy with KK following knee reconstruction, and I could not be happier with my experience. For starters, KK bent over backwards to make room for me shortly after surgery - weeks before PAMF could fit me in. At first, I worked with KK and PAMF both out of a desire to get back on the slopes and surfing as quickly as possible and to ensure that I was getting the best care possible. While I cannot criticize PAMF as I think the physical therapists I met there were great, the amount of time that KK was willing to spend with me and the individualized care I received cannot be matched. KK was immensely patient and customized my treatment based on the myriad of issues I identified to her based on years of abuse to my body. KK gave me stretches, isolations and suggested exercises for both the issue I was referred to her for (my knee) and the issue du jour (too many to list!). I cannot recommend her enough. While she always challenged me despite all the work between visits, she did so kindly and with personalization that cannot be matched. I was almost disappointed to be discharged at the end of my rehab.

Kanchan is, by far, the best physical therapist I’ve had for treatment of both muscle/ joint issues and vertigo. I have experienced vertigo, and subsequent balance issues for several years. Kanchan is extremely knowledgeable in this area, and has taught me much about my condition, and how to continue rehabilitation at home. She also treated my neck issues with the same expertise and care. Kanchan genuinely cares about me, as a patient, and is compassionate in her approach. The Coastside is so lucky to have Kanchan practicing here!

Kanchan is an amazing physical therapist. I couldn't get out of bed or walk. She worked on my muscles and taught me how to move. She gave me exercises that strengthened my core muscles and after a few sessions, my back feels great. Thank You Kanchan!

Kanchan really helped me after my knee surgery.
She gave me exercises to do specifically directed to me, what I can do with my temporary disability, she doesn’t make me do exercises which are to hard on my body

the physical therapist, known as KK is a real true professional, a person who understands the needs of the patient and offers very concrete advice, and exercises that help the patient to manage their issues. Would highly recommend her to anyone seeking physical therapy assistance
