This is the best Dentist I’ve ever been to. I’m so happy with their work & the staff is great. Dr. Hsu was great with my kids when they were little. Would never recommend a child dentistry, had a horrible experience. Dr. Hsu is amazing & Dr. Angela, who I’ve been seeing at the office is unbelievable!!!! She made me have the best beautiful smile today, I was so happy it brought me to tears! Thank you for all the great work you do for all of us!!!! The best staff & Dr.’s around!!!

Dr. Hsu is a great on the medical side of their office but not the greatest experience on their dental side. I was mislead by his staff to believe all his associates are in-network and I specifically letting them know I was looking for wisdom teeth extractions and was assured their practice was in network with Blue Shield Dental PPO.

First, they have us come in for a consultation 8/6/24 with their regular dentist who did nothing but tell me she would.have their oral surgeon review the panoramic xray. Then, after me following up 8/20 on what was taking so long to schedule my son for wisdom teeth extraction, they are now telling me Dr. Sharobiem (actually rendering provider) is not in-network ? So out of network price, out if my pocket is over $4,000. Very misleading.

My experience with them in 2024 has been very disappointing. The "manager" up front ruined everything. Had a great initial experience with "Dr." Hsu years ago when I first visited his practice. Quotation marks for Dr. cuz we all watched "The Hangover."

I agreed to a $1200 custom fit bite guard. Paid $600 deposit. Went to pick up and fit my appliance and they told me it wasn't right for my symptoms, and I would need a $750 consultation for a new appliance that may cost $4000+. I wanted to see what the appliance might look like prior to agreeing to pay that much money. If was too big or bulky I didn't want it. The witch up front who called herself a manager would not let me see or even ask the dentist to show me some examples. They already had $600 of mine and I was forced into the $750 consult. The day of the consult I explained to the narcissistic dentist about my experience up front and that it was absurd that I had to pay $750 just to see a few examples of what I'm paying for. The witch came in and interrupted my consultation because she didn't like what I was saying. So unprofessional. I went off on the witch and the "doctor" and they agreed to a refund. They tried to refund me with a check with an illegible date. They wrote the year as '25 or '28. Too hard to read. I had to go back to have them fix it.

They also act like their time is more valuable than the patient's. They do not realize that some people have to take time off of work and take a hit in pay in order to be there. When they make a mistake they blame their coworkers and throw them under the bus, rather than taking responsibility for the mistake as an entity. Very poor management. It's a shame.

I brought my mom for a consultation today, and this office is fantastic. The staff is so friendly, and Dr Hsu was very thorough, kind, and informative. He could tell my mom was a little on edge being there and he joked with her and made her feel comfortable. The dental assistant Reina was so nice and personable. Definitely recommend this office.

All patients coming from Dr. Hsu's dental office have great things to say about Dr. Hsu and his staff. Patients indicate that they are given quality care and time. They are not rushed and all their concerns are addressed each time they have an office visit. This dental office is highly recommended.

When I first started coming here many years ago, this dental office was one of Inland Empire's best kept secret. Staff is professional and Dr. Hsu is the best dentist I have ever had. I guess it was just a matter of time before everyone else I knew in Rancho Cucamonga, found out about MY dentist. It always seems so busy here, yet Dr. Hsu always takes his time to take care of my dental needs. Rooms are really close together in this office, so I always smile when I hear all the patients next door praising about this dentist and his staff.

Dr.Hsu, Natalie, and Dr. Singh took very good care of me. Dr. Hsu made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. Katie and the front of house staff were friendly and attentive.
