My mom’s been going here for years and I had been waiting to get a job that offered the right insurance so I could come here. It did not disappoint!
I came in after 6 years without dental care and was quickly taken care of. I knew I needed work done and was scared, but they give a really effective lidocaine mouthwash that worked impressively! Then after a painless deep cleaning, they did X-rays and asked if I wanted to get all my work done that same day.

The dentist did a great job of juggling the many other patients while still getting all my work done, which included lidocaine nerve blocks, fillings, and even making a temporary inlay so I could come back in a month for a permanent one.

Over the following weeks, I felt a new discomfort eating on one side of my mouth. The temporary inlay must’ve rubbed down on an opposing tooth and revealed a nerve. I just dealt with the pain for weeks, knowing I lived hours away and my appointment was soon enough.

I came for my permanent inlay and told the hygienist and dentist about the new pain and was quickly ignored, they did an excellent job on my new inlay placement, and then I mentioned I had wisdom teeth I’ve been taking antibiotics for because of continuing complications. I asked for possible removal.
*I actually called weeks prior asking about the wisdom tooth removal and was told he’ll take a look at my upcoming appointment *

He told me ‘it depends on the severity of the operation if I can get it done there or need a surgeon’. That answer makes perfect sense but I’m thinking ‘Okay, well I’m here in your chair… when are you going to look?’

He never looked, never addressed my 2 immediate painful situations, and sent me out the door. I just figured I’ll go somewhere else from now on and keep this place as my annual appointment.

The dentist and staff are extremely kind, caring overall. I think they just get overbooked some days so patient care may vary on the day unfortunately. I live so far away and work so many hours a week that this may not be a good fit afterall.

The experience was very comfortable! I appreciate the way they made me feel because I was scared and nervous. The assistant even covered me with a blanket! The doctor is very kind and respectful and always has a good resolution regarding his dental work and opinion while respecting the patient's. He is honest and loyal. He is very caring ❤! Thank you doctor! I am on oxygen and he always makes sure that I am safe, comfortable and okay. I love how he has wonderful televisions in most rooms with the remote control at your reach. He is also very generous; he always provides us with toothbrushes, Listerine, floss, toothpaste and gift cards. This doctor is very sweet and kind. I wish we had more compassionate doctors and staff members such as his! Again, thank you, Dr.!!!

I specifically called before I made an appointment to make sure this place accepted my insurance because they were out of network for me and the girl who took my call said they did. So I made an appointment 3 weeks out but when I arrived they would not see me because it’s Saturday and they could not verify my Insurance. This place was referred to me by someone I know and it’s not super close to home so I drove all the way over there only for them to turn me away. Ridiculous
