ZERO STARS! Dr. Evans! I arrived in Murrieta at my appointment at 4 PM. The clerk told me I was at the wrong office and would have to go to the Menifee office to see Dr. Evans. They assured me I would have time to drive from Murrieta to Menifee at 4pm on a Wednesday. I arrived at the Menifee office at 4:50 pm after driving through rainy day rush hour traffic.

The office was locked and upon calling their number the clerk told me that Dr. Evans left for the day 20mins ago and they could reschedule me for the next day at 10am in Murrieta!

I went to see Dr. Evans Because Kaiser was booked and I was in pain so they gave me a 3rd party referral. He did not review any x-rays from Kaiser. I found him to be in a total rush and he also did not listen to my concerns or properly investigate the problem with my foot. I ended up going back to Kaiser paying another 20.00 co-pay. Only to find out a cyst was sitting on my nerves which caused the pain and inhibited my ability to run. The new doctor removed the cyst that day. Currently, I'm pain free and back to running. No thanks to Dr. Evans and the quack advice that stretching and foot inserts would solve the problem. Totally ridiculous. It makes me WONDER if they even have proper equipment to treat. He also has no concept of time; I waited almost 30 min., paid a $20.00 co-pay on only to receive 5mins of poor advice, such a disappointment.

I saw Dr Doh and it seemed as though I was interrupting his lunch break or something more pleasant than work. He got up to leave several times only stopping when I asked a question. I have lumps on the ball of my feet, he just told me they will keep coming back nothing I can do but treat like a corn. He told me I had planter fasciitis which I had NOT been told 2 years earlier when I saw him even tho' I had the same symptoms.. Did not tell me what I should do for it. He knows I use orthotics but did not review if the ones I have are good enough. I had current concerns after he told me 2 years ago that I have planter athletes foot. He said you do not have it now, you may have had it yesterday, you might have it tomorrow but you dont have it now and that was it, he left. Maybe what he told me was accurate, but there was no time for questions or concerns. I wondered why he had bothered coming into the room. Very short, almost impatient. I left feeling very bewildered and frustrated.

We had the worst experience at this Menifee location with Dr. Richard Evans, my mother in law had an ingrown nail that in the first visit Dr. Evans didnt wanted to remove the nail, he only clipped one side of the nail, we were back 2 weeks after since the nail got worst with a swolen toe, this time he removed the nail in less than 1 minute...
That was the most ridiculos and painful procedure I have ever seen, he pressed the nail and toe so hard and so many times unnecessarily that she was tossing and turning every time, he decided to remove the nail this time, he applied the injection to numb the nerve and didn't wait a second and started pulling the nail out, that was outrageous, he injected and pulled the nail all in less than a minute!!!!
My mother in law was screaming in pain she felt everything he didnt gave a chance for the injection to do its part, and he was just singing like if somehow he enjoyed causing pain... this was unbelievable I cant believe he is still practicing I feel so sorry for the people he had hurt and stayed quiet..

My appointment was for 9:15, no one came to the front desk until 9:23. The doctor shows up at 9:30 and I'm told I'll probably be seen in 45 minutes. Poor patient service and lack of concern for a patient's time. It would be difficult to entrust this doctor with my healthcare if they can't even run their office efficiently.
