Dr.Rappaport and her team were fabulous! I felt so comfortable in their care. I had quite a lot of procedures done and a very short timeline. They all worked very hard to arrange my appointments and complete everything while I was in the area. I had several appointments and never had to wait. They are knowledgeable , professional, caring, and kind.

A broken veneer! Dr. Rappaport got me in right away. She prepped the tooth, matched it, put on a temporary, had my new tooth ready to go in less than two weeks . It looks perfect. Dr. Rappaport is the best, very nice, skillful, and efficient. The staff is also great. I highly recommend this dentist.

First, let me say that I hate the dentist. I have such anxiety about going to the dentist that I hadn’t gone in in years. When I went to Dr. Rappaport, she made a treatment plan for me to fix all the things that were wrong with my mouth. I had updated crowns, silver fillings removed, a root canal, Invisalign, and other things. It has been two years in the process and I now have a healthy mouth. The office staff is fabulous, funny and supportive. The techs are gentle and accommodate my anxiety. Dr. Rappaport is very patient with my anxiety and fears about the dentist. I have been to see her more times in the last two years than I had seen a dentist in the previous 25 years combined. I would recommend this office to anyone and have recommended it to others who have a fear and a dislike of the dentist. I will continue to go to her office to get my cleanings when I’m supposed to, to avoid what I had created previously. Kudos to this doctor and support staff for easing my fears and giving me a beautiful smile.

My family had used Dr Rapport for a few years while we lived in Poway. We moved to another state. We have tried 4 other dentist in the city we live in.. Not happy with any of the work done. One wanted to pull a tooth. Another replaced a bridge and built it too big. Another the cleaning was fast not complete. And the other made you feel less than when talking to you. We come to Poway every 4 to 6 months. Dr Rapport looked at the tooth that the other dentist wanted to pull and instead put a cap on the tooth and it is still good to go. She is watching the bridge and will replace it when it starts to fail. In other words Dr Rapport only does work that needs to be done to save your teeth. She will not just jank them out for convince. The cleanings and exams we receive are very complete. The hygienist and Dr Rapport explain and will show you the xrays, informing you of what is going on and what to watch. The front staff goes out of their way to help you receive the best care and are very friendly. They have been gracious to even working us in for appts when someone had to cancel. And within our time line. She is the only dentist we use. And we will drive 1128 miles from one state to another to use her. Yes she is that good.

After two bad experiences, I found Dr. Erela Katz Rappaport and am very pleased with her and her outstanding staff. They are professional, efficient, personable, and extremely client oriented. For example, recently the office manager, Christina, spent an unbelievable amount of time solving an insurance issue for me, and I have been impressed by all of the staff with whom I have had contact.
