I had a disappointing experience at Concord Dental art in concord.
I feel compelled to share my concerns. Unfortunately, the quality of care did not meet my expectations due to put new crowns on my tooth.
poor dental work, lack of professionalism, rushed treatment, cancelling and delaying for my new crown.

Specifically, the billing I have been charged more than I should have paid.
incorrect procedure, persistent pain, unprofessional behavior, billing issues, etc.]. I attempted to address my concerns with the office, but the office was so unprofessional and did not want to help .they were unresponsive, dismissive, or unhelpful.

I value good dental care and patient respect, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office. I hope they take steps to improve their services for future patients.

I had some dental work done by Dr. Elena recently and it was a comfortable experience.
She explained what she was doing at every step through out the process. I couldn’t thank her and her Assistant enough. Thank you Dental Arts.

I’m pretty confident this place deletes their bad reviews. As other comments have said, this place is very money driven and wants their clients in and out. No patience, no explaining what they are working on, just wants as many people in the chair as they can book that day. Both appointments I had I wasn’t seen until 30minutes- an hour after I was scheduled. I told the dentist how anxious I was about the experience and she didn’t say anything and left the room. Only to come back 20min later, in silence, NO warning or explanation started putting numbing cream and a needle in my mouth to start the procedure. Mind you I EXPLAINED that I needed to be walked through this and for her to be patient with me. this same attitude was the same the whole procedure. She flew through everything, I told her I needed a break and that it hurt and she said “only a few more minutes and we will be done” . I complained multiple times and was crying from pain, and she still ignored me.
Please don’t go here if you need a dentist that meets your needs and answers questions for you! Dr. Shirazi is not the patient, understanding dentist you need.
If you want a dentist that will get you in and out (but not on time) and you can afford those prices, go for it.

So I was sad that Elena was off for my procedure today, but glory be, at 73 and to love two dentist in one lifetime is truly amazing. And her attendant was so gentle, I actually fell asleep during a two hour procedure. Thank you all for your kind professional help. The best!!

The staff Is very friendly and knowledgeable. The Doctor took her time during the procedure and I experienced little to no pain. They were able to take me in the same day which is hard to find these days. I recommend Diablo Dental Arts.

My comments are for one thing. The Dr. did not introduce him self, nor did he mention that l'd be having stitches or how long it would take till they fall off. Which l thought was unprofessional on his part. A Dr. should at least acknowledge a patient.
