Was specifically told to show up by 2:45 pm and would be able to get a blood draw. Took time off from work and showed up at 2:40pm and was told that we couldn’t get in. Will not take appointments for blood draws but also will not accept patients when you show up before the closing time. Will direct others to go to a different lab that has better hours and customer service.

I have had nothing but the best experiences coming to this office since day one! We have been with this office now for 5 months. I am here very often with my 1 year old due to staggering out his vaccines so we are here once a month sometimes twice with well child appointments. Front Desk ladies, Awesome. Nurses super friendly and kind, Brooke Hansen amazing!

The office was great when Dr. Lynda Hulst was there, but we will NEVER return after this last appointment. We were coming in to get a refill on my partners medication, a controlled substance she's been on for 10+ years. So it should have just been a simple and standard visit, but AT THE APPOINTMENT we were informed that Dr. Hulst had left two weeks ago and they didn't have someone to fill our prescriptions. We had already driven over 150 miles FOR NOTHING, but the lackluster and pathetic care we received made it worse.
Not only was the appointment a waste of all our time, but the NP, Paula Beck was rude, ableist, wasn't comprehensive of our health. In the hallway, just outside our rooms, we heard them loudly talking about us, our charts, confused why we were there and why they were having an appointment with us. She was confused and bewildered that my partner WITH ONE LEG AND IN A WHEELCHAIR had surgery and chemo. They touched and moved my partner's wheelchair without asking, Paula said she "didn't have to ask exercise questions since you are an amputee", and they were overall dismissive of our concerns/needs.
Its so sad to see a place that was transformative in our health become a place where we leave worse than when we came in. Please note that the Nurse Ashley is amazing, kind, and deserves a raise if she has to deal with this office.
Seriously check out somewhere else if your health is beyond being a healthy and able-bodied person. We have seen countless doctors/professional given my partners history with cancer and this was easily in the top 5 WORST experiences we've ever had.

This is the worst doctor's office I've ever been to. Even my doctor (AT THIS OFFICE) voiced their opinion to me on this office. They unfortunately left this practice so today I was forced to see NP Paula Beck. What a terrible experience. She has zero bedside manner. The secretary's are disrespectful and condescending. The nursing staff is just the same. On MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. I was hoping for better for Belding, but I wouldn't recommend this office to ANYONE.

Brooke Hansen PA is the best! She has a great personality/bedside manner. I’ve always had good solid care.. she personally called me at home once because she was concerned! A++

Terrible experience. The nurses and receptionists were not friendly at all and the doctor was extremely pushy and made me very uncomfortable. We will be finding a better doctor for our children and will not be returning. BEWARE: on top of the other issues, we were sent a $570.00 bill after being told that our insurance would cover it.

This is where I take my teenage son for Healthcare and also the lab I use for all our bloodwork. They are always great here. Always listen and time with diagnosis and treatment.
HOWEVER, I was shocked and a little disgusted when I came in for bloodwork a few days ago. I completely understand and support mask wearing. I am unsure why the need for wearing of their specific blue "made in China" masks...but whatever. I really did not feel comfortable putting on a mask that the receptionist had touched with unsanitized hands that she uses to touch credit cards and insurance cards from different patients. I almost refused because this is exactly how viruses can be spread. Please rethink this...and maybe have your receptionists only touch the strap of a mask if you must pass them out.
