I came here for a root canal and crown replacement. The ladies here are very friendly and helpful, and overall my experience with them has been good. I am deducting one star because my appointment was cancelled last minute on one of my scheduled dates I was suppose to go in for. If it wasn’t for that, I really have no complaints at all.

BEWARE. I'm shocked, confused, and upset. I was told I had four cavities when in reality I didn't. I went to another clinic where the dentist herself reviewed my X-rays from Cosmo Dental Office. She also checked my teeth. I'm still in disbelief about the false information that was given to me.

I was ready to get work done for these cavities and pay. These treatments would have been uncomfortable and completely unnecessary. I am disheartened by this experience and skeptical about Cosmo Dental's business model and ethics.

Backstory: I went in for my annual teeth cleaning and to get dental X-rays last week. The dentist came in after my cleaning and x-rays, performed by someone else, to review my X-rays. She was brief and not personable and told me I had four cavities. I actually didn't know which four teeth had the cavities. In my past dental experiences, dentists have shown and pointed out cavities to me.

I called the next day to book my appointment for the fillings. I was told I could only do one filling at a time. The first appointment I could get would be two months out so I asked if I could book appointments for the other cavities but was told I couldn't. I figured I'd have to go in several times to get the four cavities filled, so my rationale was to additionally go somewhere else to speed up the process. Mind you, I was very concerned after being told I had four cavities and was motivated to take better care of my teeth.

I went into Cosmo Dental to sign an X-ray release form so that another dentist can review them. This dentist, who'd I gone to before,l is out of town, which is why I didn't initially to go her. Anyhow, she reviewed my X-rays and teeth and told me I did not have cavities. She was also alarmed by the false information that was given to me by Cosmo Dental.

The worst dentist I ever experienced was Hala. She did not accept I don't want a root canal. I went for the problem tooth #27. She didn't address the tooth needed help. She went for my tooth #5. She did not take a no for an answer. She buggered me for over an hour to do the root canal. I even told her I didn't have money in my insurance for the root canal. She said we can make payment plan for you..She left me with a hole in place of my tooth. I said are you going to fill it? She said you don't have money. This sick woman left me with a lisp. Biting my tongue, and cheeks. She put me through hell. I feel sorry for her because she is EVIL. She's due for a roud awakening.

About three months a i visited for the first time..People were very nice and took care what they can.
They said because the treatment required on my teeth they will required for authentication from my insurance MediCal.
Till today i haven't heard from them.
