My mom is 89 and the entire staff is very kind and patient with her. They understand older people. I also appreciate the partnership in maintaining good dental health for my mom. I feel they are honest about what work needs to be done, options, timing and costs. I also love that the office has a small community feel.

Have been going to Crossroads Dental Care for a couple years now. From Dr. Tan to the the hygienists to the front desk, it has been a good experience each time. Also, parking is easy, appts have always started on time, and my smile is healthy with wonderful encouragement and insight at each cleaning.

Dr. Tan and his staff were able to see me on Saturday for an emergency appointment. A crown came loose during the day and they were able to glue it back in place. Both he and his staff were excellent and efficient. If you need a good dentist, Dr. Tan is your man.

Awful experience, they took way too long for a regular cleaning. I was literally in there for three hours just for a basic cleaning. They lied to me saying my insurance covered my xrays. They hyped me up saying why not, your insurance covers xrays. The only reason I took xrays was because the head receptionist was so adamant my insurance was great and would cover it. Two weeks later she calls to tell me they dont cover it so I had to pay out of pocket. When your playing with someone's money, don't be making mistakes like that especially after explicitly hyping me up saying insurance would cover it. Truly an awful experience. I had to cancel my next appointment out of fear they'd overcharge me again.
