I’ve always incorporated cardio in my routine, but not strength training. I’m now stronger than I’ve ever been, including improvement with my orthopedic issues: foot, back, shoulder, and knees.

The Curves Community is like no other. Everyone welcomes each other, supports each other during the workout and gives cheerful goodbyes. We have many charity events and everyone is excited to join together to help.

Mental health benefits are huge. I have a shirt that reads, “I’m Nicer after Curves.” Although we laugh together about it, it has a direct impact on how I feel mentally happier and stronger for the rest of the day.

I’ve been a member for a year now and I highly recommend Curves Aptos. Give it a try!

Curves is perfect for anyone intimated by large gyms. I deal with anxiety and depression and I’ve always felt 100% comfortable. I like that the coaches work with you until your comfortable with the routine and then are there to help keep you motivated during workouts. Everyone I’ve met has been super nice and supportive. It’s really a community when you’re there, not just a place to workout.

Curves Aptos is amazing. My daughter & I joined a couple of months ago and we couldn’t be happier. My life is so busy, so getting in a 30 minute workout 3 times a week is awesome for me. I leave there feeling accomplished after every workout. Annette is so helpful with instruction and encouragement. The Covid precautions are awesome. The instructors constantly wipe down the equipment. I feel safe working out there. I love my Curves family!

Annette and Charlotte are wonderful coaches who always greet me by name and introduce me to others. Their attention to detail during workouts is so very appreciated. The staff at curves are friendly and supportive. The customers are a nice group of ladies trying to stay strong and mobile. Annette and Charlotte politely correct your form and motivate you. It’s an affordable membership as well. I highly recommend this gym.

This Spring I will have been a member for four years in this amazing community. The program works for me because everything in the physical space and all of the people involved work for my success. I love the science behind the machines and the stretching “jungle gym”, working the entire body to do its best. I appreciate the members, everyone working on their individual goals, without competition or judgement. Just a nice bunch, treating each other with respect in a safe, friendly atmosphere. Annette and her staff do an amazing job meeting the needs of a huge range of personalities, needs and wants. I continue to learn the depth of my own power to be healthy, emotionally and physically.
