In October 2023 I hiked Mt. Kilimanjaro. Leading up to the hike I was actually worried about the descent due to ankle, knee and hip tightness/ pain. I found Derrick in August and saw him every two weeks leading up to the hike. He helped me out so much and I made it up and down pain free. I have continued to see Derrick on a regular basis just to help with over all recovery for my body due to consistent hard workouts. He’s been a true game changer for me and I highly recommend him!!

I am an Olympic weightlifter and Derrick literally changes the way I lift after each massage. The very first time I ever worked on by him, two days letter I had, and I’m not exaggerating, the best lifting session on my life. It wasn’t long after I starting seeing Derrick that my shoulder mobility improved enough to the point where I could properly lock out and catch my lifts at exponentially heavier weights. I can’t stress enough how incredible Deep Technique is and I refuse to see anyone else. Derrick is the BEST deep tissue therapist I have come in contact with. I recently moved out to the area and was looking for someone to fix me up since I do Crossfit and need the recovery work. On my first appt he was very professional and pointed out all the issues I had with my back and my body. He worked his magic. And I feel as good as ever! Derrick is amazing!!!!!!! He has helped me get rid of shoulder pain that I have been dealing with the past few months. As a pilates instructor I was doing what I could do to help alleviate the pain through stretches and exercise, but I knew I needed more. Through his massage and cupping techniques I have been pain free the past few months. He has a vast knowledge of the body’s anatomy and it’s mechanics. He truly cares about helping his clients heal.
