I had my first visit to Del Sur Dental this morning, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and caring. I ended up needing a crown and two fillings since I had missed my last visit and it had been nearly a year. Although my original appointment was just for a cleaning and x-rays, the main dentist let me know she had time to take care of everything that day, which was such a relief.

The entire appointment took about 2.5 hours, and they really made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I especially loved the TV directly above the chair for entertainment while I was being worked on. I could choose a Netflix show and watch it with headphones—such a thoughtful touch that made the time fly by!

Grace and another staff member (whose name started with M) were fantastic during the cleaning and x-rays—they were both kind, gentle, and really put me at ease. I made my next appointment in six months, and I’m feeling great and "fixed" after my visit today.

Wonderful customer service, great care, and a truly positive experience all around. Highly recommend Del Sur Dental!

I followed Dr. Jeff Anderson through several dental offices (he was my dad's and my first dentist when we move to California four years ago, even though now he is 35-45 min drive away) because he is THAT good!!! Friendly, warm, sincere, explains everything in a simple way, respectful of my elderly father's limitations. I just couldn't ask for a better dentist.

Everyone at this office is so welcoming and warm and responsive!!!

I wish it weren't so far from where I live, and I wish it were less expensive. (They do have the Cherry pay-over-time plan, interest-free for 24 months, though!) And I appreciated the care and cheerful attitudes of everyone working with me there.

I trust Dr. Jeff because he even recommended a dentist local to me who also makes conservative decisions about treatments. He was right about them, and I will go local for cleanings. But because Del Sur has a machine to mill the crowns in the office, it turns 8 local dentist visits for my dad into 2 visits at Del Sur.

So while my dad needs so much care so quickly, I'll be glad for the clarity and calm, caring energy from probably the best dentist I've ever had.

Dr. Anderson is an excellent dentist and is friendly and personable. He always takes the time to chat, catch up with his patients and put you at ease. I was in for a crown replacement yesterday and never felt a moment of discomfort. He takes great care to make sure the patient does not have to "suffer" through the visit. I dont know if anyone can truly enjoy a dental visit but Dr. Anderson's office, his skills and personality make it as close to enjoyable as I have ever experienced.

It’s unfortunate that I have to write this, because I initially was pleased with my cleaning and service from Dr. Anderson. But after being recommended a deep cleaning and going through with it, that is where things started to go downhill. I was constantly recommended further Periodontal treatment to which I repeatedly declined. Even when I returned for a check up they claimed my teeth were not improving at all (despite always having a proper and healthy brushing routine) and kept pushing me towards further treatment. They even tried to get me to sign the paper for further treatment immediately after my checkup appointment (pushy sales vibe) Then, after our payment plan totals were not lining up with what they told us vs. insurance, they told us that insurance is not informed of the laser treatment because no one covers it. I was not explicitly told this which led to a much larger payment than we anticipated. Overall, my experience with them felt very deceptive, especially since I am a bit younger. Lesson learned, and I hope they focus more on what people need vs. what fills their pockets.

The staff is very kind, caring and personable. Dr. Anderson is always patient with me. He is gentle and considerate when treating me. Dr. Anderson and Grace, his assistant are awesome. Thank you for a great experience.

The ability to schedule an appointment was quick and easy, being afraid of going into the dentist is one thing but this is a place that you do not need to be afraid of. From the X-rays to check up to the cleaning to the post cleaning treatments everything went very smooth excellent staff couldn't have asked for anything better. Big shout out to Grace!!

First time visit! Staff, hygienist, and Dr. Anderson were super friendly and gentle. I could tell the dentist wasn’t trying to oversell me on anything, which I have experienced many times before. They have great technology and could actually show me what they were referring to. Fingers crossed I’ve finally found a permanent dentist!
