Highly recommend Dr. Jugan and his staff. Very welcoming experience from the moment we walked in. My 7 yr. old son had to have an extra tooth, that was barely coming in (90 degrees rotated) extracted. My wife and I were quite nervous about the procedure as my son seemingly doesn’t have a high pain tolerance (and this was his first extraction) so we weren’t sure how this would go, plus all the potential pain he would be experiencing after the numbness wore off. At the initial consultation, Dr. Jugan was wonderful! Very professional and went over the procedure in detail, gave us a timeframe of how long the extraction process would last ( around 40 min or so), answered all of our questions and eased our minds. We left knowing our son would be in good hands. Extraction was yesterday, and I was amazed at everything! We arrived at 7:45am, the staff, again, very welcoming, they briefed us on post op / at home care, they took my son back at 8:00am sharp and we were in the car leaving to go home at 8:14am. It’s been 24 hrs since his extraction, and he has not complained about anything and not one tear. It was as if he had no procedure at all. And a staff member called this morning to follow up to check to see how he was doing! Thank you Dr. Jugan and staff and my apologies for not getting everyone’s name, but the entire team is AMAZING!!

I was attacked at work by a homeless man who punched me and broke my jaw in two places. Dr. Jugan and his staff were amazing from surgery all the way through recovery. I was very comfortable going into surgery after speaking with the Doctor. Overall one of the best teams I've seen.

The phrase “Over and above” doesn’t even begin to describe the fantastic service, caring, and professionalism at Desert Maxillofacial.

Everyone, from the front desk, to the assistants, to the Doctor, to their thoughtful follow up, will make you comfortable and feel confident in their ability to ease your pain and solve your issue. Face it, no one likes to have a tooth pulled but, if it has to be done, do it here. They’re the best!

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed at Desert Maxillofacial Center, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable. They answered all my questions with great detail and patience. On the day of surgery, they helped calm my nerves and made sure I was settled in comfortably.

Desert Maxillofacial Center did an excellent job explaining the entire process before the surgery, which really helped ease my nerves. They provided thorough information for both pre and post-surgery care. I was pleasantly surprised to be sent home before the surgery day with all the necessary supplies for recovery, such as gauze and teabags, which saved me a last-minute trip to the pharmacy.

Medication was sent to my pharmacy ahead of time, ensuring everything was ready for me. Desert Maxillofacial Center truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and care, both during and after the procedure. I highly recommend them for anyone needing oral surgery—they are professional, caring, and extremely thorough.
