He is innovative and will always help if issues should arise to the best of his abilities, unlike other doctors I’ve had in the past that either wouldn’t help me, or perhaps couldn't help me, any more. Dear Team,

I am writing to share my recent experience at your practice. While I have always appreciated the care provided by the doctors, I must express my disappointment with the overall service.

I have observed that there is a consistent issue with waiting times at the practice. On multiple occasions, I have experienced delays of up to 1 hour and 30 minutes before being seen by a healthcare provider. This has been a common experience not only for me, but also for my family members who are patients at your practice.

Furthermore, I have found that the staff at the practice have been unhelpful and sometimes rude. They do not take initiative to verify insurance coverage for additional services, such as orthodontics, and instead place the burden on the patient. Additionally, when asking questions, the staff have responded with a dismissive attitude and made me feel uncomfortable.

While I have always had positive interactions with the doctors, the negative experiences with the staff and service have greatly impacted my overall perception of the practice. I believe that improvements in communication and efficiency are necessary to provide a better patient experience.

I hope that my feedback is received constructively and that steps are taken to address these concerns. I value the care provided by the doctors at your practice and believe that with some adjustments, the service can greatly improve.

Dr Glazer is terrific he always asks if there’s any questions or concerns he listens attentively he informs the patient of any new procedures that have been successful in treating the patient he follows up with many tests needed before any surgeries he even takes the time to call hour relative after he’s finished with the surgery his office is like. The cleanest I have seen his staff is great and he goes to two hospitals locally to perform surgeries go to him his patients are very happy with him because he always cares about a positive recovery
