Esta es la segunda ocasión que me pasa esto con el personal pero nunca me sentí tan mal como este día ,hoy mayo 12 de 2017 tuve una cita para mi niño en Lassen medical group y tuve la confianza y la fe de que iba a salir mas tranquila de ahí ya que mi niño durante mas de tres meses a estado enfermo le da tos y se le quita mientras toma medicina y pasa un mes y le vuelve y ahorita esta padeciendo de alergia pero ya es demasiado por que no puede dormir debido a que su nariz. Esta completamente tapada y decidí hacerle cita con su pediatra de nombre nanjeari no estoy muy segura de su nombre y entonces la cita era alas 11:20 y me dijeron q ella estaba ocupada en el hospital y me dijeron que me podía atender otra pediatra. que se llama Frend algo así pues esta doctora cuando entro al cuarto me dijo en ingles que, que era lo que tenia mi hijo y le dije que yo no hablaba ingles y dijo yo hablo poquito español entonces dije a que bien pero cuando me pregunto que que tenia mi niño le dije no puede respirar muy bien pues tiene alergia y quise explicarle cual era mi preocupación pues no pude decir mucho ya que ella en dos ocasiones me interrumpió me siento muy frustrada por que no pude defender mis derechos como paciente creo que es falta de profesionalismo por que? Por qué para ser la directora del hospital St. Elizabeth antes que todo están los pacientes por que se supone que para eso están para hacer su trabajo bien y no por que yo no hable ingles me merezco el trato que me dio o no se cual es el problema estoy muy consternada por que no entiendo que la hizo tratarme así no se si por tener medical no cubre una buen trato y buena atención medica por que para ser profesional traía mucha prisa me quede muy sorprendida tengo mucho coraje y estoy decepcionada de la clínica antes ya me hablado mal de ahí pero no quise creer y ahora estoy completamente segura de que no atienden como deberían que tristeza saber que solo ejercen su "profesión" solo por dinero y no por amor se me hace injusto que solo por no hablar ingles y por tener medical nos humillen.

Lassen medical or Dignity Health has become a joke. Their doctors rotate like the seasons and seem to be getting worse, if that's possible. I've been a patient there around 20 years. Every time a new doctor comes in you have to start from scratch. Each worse then the prior one. This doctor, now my ex doctor, (I wouldn't post the name but shes been here about 2-3 months) did not take the time to even listen to my medical background. She was rude and acted like she knew my medical history, which she didn't. Nor did she want to hear it. The sad thing is we as patients are stuck and few choices. It's sad to see the medical profession drop so far down.
My recommendation is find a doctor in Redding or Chico. I know it's a drive but I honestly think you'll get much better care.
There are a few good doctors/PA but good luck getting into see one.

My daughter's former pediatrician was at Lassen, and we sincerely enjoyed every experience with her. I felt heard and respected every time. BUT to get an appointment was always 8+ weeks out, so if you have a sick kiddo you are seeing whatever provider is on-call. The last time I called to get my daughter checked for a diaper rash and I wanted a follow up on an ear infection that had to be treated at another urgent care (because we couldn't get into Lassen the day her ear drum ruptured)-- they refused to see her since I had it initially treated by another provider. They said she could only be seen for the rash since it hadn't been treated somewhere else. I asked, "they really can't just check her ears if we are already in there?", the receptionist responded, "well you said she has a rash, so we are only calling someone in the rash". I asked again, "the provider really cant take the additional minute to check that her ear is healing properly?" she said "No." Reluctantly, I still scheduled the appointment for the end of that day, then 20 minutes later they call and say they need to change the appointment to in a half hour or they cant see her that day. I just cancelled and will never be back. Either their receptionists are incompetent, or they sincerely don't want to see their patients.

I am very disappointed in Lassen medical. The P.A Katherine chensey was very disrespectful to me and made me feel self conscious. Because of my weight and about my ability to pay my bill for them. I am very seriously thinking I need to find a new doctor if this is how they treat their patients. Katherine may be P.A. she has no right to treat me like I'm less than a human being.

How can you put your health in the hands of people who have no clue what there doing. Horrible communication, they don't know what there doing, they have many different people giving different answers, emails and texts saying something totally different. You waste your time, scheduling an appointment they say they called to cancel but didn't leave a message. You get texts and emails to do online check in complete all that just to get here and be told you can't be seen. Nothing is the same one person you talk to says one thing then the other has something completely different to say. Please just save your time and find a different location to be seen. The lady's up front were rude and I think intentionaly try to get you frustrated like it's fun for them. Waiting for months to be seen and canceled and rescheduled and cancelled again. Just complete incompetent people who need to find a job that doesn't involve helping people because they were no help.

Went to Urgent Care 2:40 in the afternoon. 2 person in the waiting room. I’m in extreme pain but they can’t see me because they’re full. !! What a bunch of useless crap

Such an incredible disappointment.

Wife was seen in urgent care around 9am, requested test results for influenza, did not receive a call back prior to close. All the while my entire family was suffering from the flu.

The following day they failed to contact my wife with her results or inform her they had ordered a prescription.

Later that morning, we confirmed with the pharmacy the prescription had not been ordered. After another phone call with Lassen Medical, they claimed they had sent the order the night prior.

15 minutes after that call, the pharmacy observed the order come in.

I feel that not only did Lassen Medical provide substandard care, they appeared to have covered up for their mistake.

If you’d like your loved ones to be treated in the same manner, please utilize them.

I've had two appointments here, one in their acute care clinic and one in their dermatology dept. Both appointments went smoothly and very fast- I don't think I've ever had a shorter wait time at a doctor's office ever than I did both times at Lassen Medical Clinic. I felt like the doctor's I saw listened well and like they actually cared about my well-being. 10/10, love y'all at Lassen Medical Clinic.
