Natasha is an absolute gem in this office. Our family is maneuvering mental health crisis and navigating systems that seem set up to fail people. I called and just out of desperation told her our situation and she not only followed up with me but gave me valuable information that can help. She is understanding and compassionate and we need more Natasha’s in the world. This is a place that cares. If you feel lost, reach out. These are people who are not putting profit over the people they care for.

Due to an extremely difficult childhood, I have sought the help of several mental health professionals over the years. Most have been helpful. Others have been outstanding. In my experience, Ms. Distin clearly belongs in the outstanding category. She understands the importance of active (as opposed to passive) listening. She remembers clinically relevant facts regardless of how long ago they were discussed. She asks questions that are incisive. Perhaps most importantly, she offers professional advice that is sound, doable and effective. As a clinician in another profession, it is clear to me that she thinks about her patients other than when they are in her clinic or office. She develops and provides feelings of rapport, trust and unfailing support that are incredibly beneficial to someone who is in psychic distress. To me, she if the finest mental health professional I have ever interacted with. My recommendation of both Ms. Distin and her outstanding staff is enthusiastic, heartfelt and without reservation.

Ms.Distin is a professional, busy lady. She does an excellent job on many levels. She is busy so prepare yourself if its your first appointment otherwise, i have had no difficulties with appointments being in a timely matter.

Love this place services is friendly the appointments may take a while to get in because she is one person seeing hundreds passionately and is not a revolving doors like any other clinic where you are made to revisit your life story with new therapist or psychiatrist each time. I dont understand why anyone would have an issue going to insurance card and as far as a previous review I read about an unfortunate loss the asbn does not have anything in regard to on Dahlia Distin one this is Psych patient will say anything especially drug users and seekers. Love this place great service could not imagine going any where else !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It takes a long time for them to get you an appointment, all about the money. The suite is hidden so it kinda hard to find. When the lady called to give me a appointment reminder she told me that if I didn’t come that I would still be charged if I ever decided to come back again. And it was ladies asking when would the Dr. be calling people back because they both had been there over an hour. Either she needs help or need to find a different profession. It shouldn’t take 6 months to get an appointment. I called for an appointment in April I’m just not getting in at the end of September . I’m 38 weeks pregnant and forgot my insurance card I was brushed off and told I had to have my insurance before I could even fill out any paper work . I felt so uncomfortable and I will not be coming back
