Dr. Payne and his staff were amazing. The man is an artist who can think under pressure. Incredibly friendly too. My case was not an easy one and he and his team were working under strict time constraints. My unique situation required a lot of quick thinking and decisiveness, and Dr. Payne delivered. Not only is he great at what he does, but he even went out of his way to give me a courtesy phone call after my procedure — most dentists would not have done that. I highly recommend Dr. Payne and his staff. I will definitely be returning to them for any work I may need in the future.

Wow, where do I begin. My great experience started when I called to set an appointment. Marie was very pleasant and friendly each time I called. I was able to make a same day appointment, which was a plus. Marie's customer service is top notch even in person and I was amazed at how she knew the patients names as they walked in the door and greeted them by their first names. It got even better when I met with Oletha who was also very pleasant and friendly. She took her time and explained what she was doing each step of the way while doing my x-rays and teeth cleaning. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. She answered my questions and made sure I had an understanding of her answers. Dr. Payne was also very pleasant and thorough in his explanation of my options. To say the staff is very warm and welcoming is an understatement. I highly recommend DRDC to anyone who needs a great dentist with great staff and great customer service/care.

I recently visited Dr Payne at Dobson Ranch Dental and couldn't be happier with the care I received. I was dealing with severe tooth pain and was anxious about the visit, but Dr Payne and his team put me at ease from the moment I walked in.

He took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and the treatment plan, answering all my questions patiently. The procedure itself was virtually painless, and Dr Payne's skill and professionalism were evident throughout.

Always a positive, friendly & comfortable experience. Today was my second cleaning with Oletha. She’s great!!! She is a wealth of knowledge. I learned so much from her. She’s personable & unhurried & super gentle! I highly recommend this office. I have my third cleaning in December then in January Dr Payne completes my implant. This office is so worth the drive. Oh and Marie & Michelle are the best too! Highly recommend.

Everyone is very client-oriented and a joy to work with. Dr. Payne is compassionate gentle and very good. I have had extensive work done and have always been very pleased at finally finding a dentist that I like.
