The staff were friendly, and very helpful. Dr. Hogan was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about my issues and very easy to converse with. He showed empathy, which is rare with a lot of Doctors these days. And came up with a plan quickly to address my needs with the best possible outcome.

Let me say this first. I deal with medical anxiety on a daily basis. This office is HANDS DOWN the BEST doctor office I have ever had to visit. Dr Bardoner is the sweetest soul. His PA I forgot her name she was short & thin possible if mixed race she was so calming just great. If you need surgery this is the place to go. Even the office staff and assistants are personable. You don’t find that often these days. Thank you

Highly recommend! Everyone I met was so helpful and kind to me. Dr Hogan really cares about his patients. I thought I was going to have to wait a while to get my gallbladder surgery done, but he saw the pain I was in and got me scheduled that week. Recovering now. He did an excellent job. Just 4 tiny incisions! Yay no big scar! Incisions are healing nicely too, no infections. Great surgeon!!

Despite being a corporately controlled office, rather than private practice, the staff was very accommodating during my recent procedure. This office requires an initial visit (with co-pay) to meet the doc etc and then a second visit to have your actual procedure (another co-pay, blah blah.) This is super annoying but not their fault. Expect it going in. You probably aren’t going to have your procedure same day. I had a small growth in my leg that needed to come out and it was really bothering me. They saw me the day of my appointment and the doctor was able to get me back later the same day when another patient cancelled, rather than making me wait longer- because they were able to get in touch with my insurance and get a rapid pre certification - good luck with the timing, I suppose. The staff was all very friendly and efficient, despite being tied up with corporate red tape and having to deal with insurance before treating the patient (especially when you’re literally scheduled at that office after being referred by your GP who has already determined the procedure necessary….) I detest the way healthcare is becoming all business bottom lines rather than patient-centric, it makes you feel like a number rather than a patient, but I’d definitely recommend this office. The staff all made me feel like I was a priority, not a dollar sign.

I am now seeing Dr. Bardoner for after-surgery follow-ups - my surgery was a year ago. He and all the staff remain professional, courteous, trustworthy, kind and considerate - the very qualities that you would want in a physician! I remain thankful that he has been my doctor - i would make the same choice again and again.

I am happy to say that surgery went well and I only had one follow up visit a few weeks after surgery. However, I did notice internal small lumps around the surgical area and scheduled a follow up visit 8 months after surgery. The Doctor took a look at the area, barely touched me and said that I had surgical scar tissues. He did not explain what caused them, treatments for them, nor give recommendations of how to get rid of them, etc. I apparently looked a little perplexed, then was told to get a second opinion if I wasn't satisfied. The visit with the doctor took approximately five minutes. Also, during this visit I asked for a doctor's release statement which was needed for paperwork trail during my time of unemployment due to the surgery but was told that it was against their policy to give it to me since I was not seen by the doctor in 8 months. I have never heard of such policy. If surgery went well and I did not need to be seen after my follow up visit one would think that the physicians would be well pleased with their work. Now the surgical scar tissues problem will be handled by my physicians in South Carolina. But this denial of a doctor release statement leaves me perplexed and angry.

I had the absolute best care possible. After breaking my ankle, Dr. Rosenbloom came in and repaired it. He had a great bedside manor and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone was friendly and made me feel safe. I would recommend them to anyone who needs trauma care.
