I have been coming to this clinic for a few years now and yes I can agree with some of the comments here to a point, to their defense I can say, we are all humans and to please be mindful of their location and most likely it is a challenge to work there. With that said my own personal experience, for the most part I see humanity and genuine care but there has been a couple instances that it seemed like they were just having a bad day, thanks Dr Nicolas, Dr Bhojak, Dr Kim and the staff @ Don Schroeder.

Great Staff & Knowledgeable Doctors.
I really appreciate the nurses who treated my brother with absolute kindness & Dr. Nicolas.
I just wish some of the doctors spoke Spanish but all in all, I recommend this place. It's also a very clean and spacious location (:

In Rubidoux Clinic some workers aren't responsible anymore! I have one auxiliary Test & the prescription from the local ER and the clinical MD. The schedule was made about 2 months late at 2 wks ago from here, but my PCP told me at 2 wks ago: It must be done in a week for my treatment concerns, but the time is over 3 weeks, nobody cares. When you made calls to the clinic, she transferred my call to somewhere or put you on hold until you felt tired. I must find out other ways to treat my health concerns. It's a really poor experience!

Wonderful Dr.s Wonderful staff hell ya! I would recommend the Don Schroeder Family Clinic to Everyone one year old to one hundred years old. In my opinion it is one of the best clinics you can go to. They always treat me fast. The doctors Gita Tavasoli. Oscar Cama. Cristine Nicolas, Peteer Lee are exceptional. For me they are the best. And if I do not have an appointment and I have to see them. They take care of me It is the best place where you can go. And with the MyChart Application I see all my results, my appointments and even refill without needing to go.

DO NOT GO HERE. They are liars and unprofessional. My wife has been going here for checkups through her pregnancy and they are giving her bad information on what to eat/drink (they told her she can drink caffinated coffee) and also being rude and making rude comments to her implying that her pregnancy was an accident, which it is not, and that she wouldnt be in this mess if she used protection. But the worst part is them not processing her paperwork. Today my wife told the rubidoux clinic (Janet) what hospital she wants to go to to deliver (loma linda) and Janet told her she cant go their and that she has to go to moreno valley hospital because thats the hospital they work with. My wife told her that loma linda is in the IEHP network and its is approved through our insurance and the rubidoux clinic said, no we wont send your documents to them, only moreno valley. My wife told them that she already took her documents to loma linda personally and already has an appointment and they started acting rude and told her well then she cannot come back to the rubidoux clinic anymore and they wont help her anymore. I will be filing an official complaint to the BBB against this rubidoux clinic. I advise everyone to stay away from here they have really caused alot of stress to my wife during her pregnancy.

I came here to do a tb chest xray for work and everyone was really friendly and nice. Very clean and organized. Probably one of the best clinics ive been to. Great place to come if u have no health insurance.
