Dr. Bergin is a fairly good counselor, however, her inter-office communication (or lack thereof) makes the experience of her services quite a miserable ordeal. I hope that she makes the necessary improvements, and actually gets documents to her clients within a normal time frame in the future, but until then, I cannot write a good review.

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible....She has no real connection with the parents or the patient, she cannot seem to come up with her own solutions and pays no regard to why the patient went to her in the first place. her only real connection is the cold connection with her dog which runs rampant throughout the place. "The child quits too easily and needs to work on self accomplishments"......her solution....quit....yeah that's great work there.... Doctor?
terrible staff who do not communicate, Dr bergin canceled many times at the last minute and then lied about the reasons (her staff gave one reason and the Dr gave me two other versions, neither would return phone calls) all are terrible and from seeing other reviews (look throughout the internet), I am not alone, waste of time and waste of money.
WE FOUND AN AMAZING therapist in Dr. Baus...just down the road, I am so grateful we found her, my son has improved immensely with the wonderful work of Dr Baus!

I read the reviews And I don't agree with any of them. They seem to be organized enough to get things done for me. Not to mention the doctor is very nice and professional. I would recommend anybody going to see her.
