El doctor Flores es un grosero, se molestó por que le dije q me dolía, me dijo que mejor hiciera cita con las doctoras.
No debería estar ahí, el trato de las doctoras siempre ha sido muy bueno conmigo pero ese doctor no es un GROSERO 😡

Ive been going here for a few years, had some good experiences but some really bad ones too. There is a tall, older man with gray hair (dont remember his name) who is extremely rude and unprofessional. The first time I saw him it was for pain caused by a filling I had gotten done there the week before. Without telling me what he was going to do, he filed down the groves on my actual molar, which was very painful having that done without any numbing medicine, and now I have issues with biting and chewing on that side of my mouth because I can no longer grip food properly.
When I went there I normally felt like extra procedures where being done that I didnt really need. I usually didnt know what was going on because they dont really explain things to you, they just do them, and its hard to ask when I have my mouth pried open. I saw another dentist there one day who ordered a special deep cleaning. When I found out that my insurance denied the procedure, because they said my records showed that I didnt need it, I googled what it was and found out it was a cleaning done for people whos teeth were basically close to falling out. My 20 year old teeth definitely didnt need that. On my next appointment the dentist told me they couldnt do anything because my insurance denied it, and that I had to pay close to $2,000 out of pocket if I wanted it done. I told him I was opting out of it. He looked into my mouth and 5 seconds later he said "You dont really need this cleaning, who ordered it?" He sounded very surprised. He looked into my file and didnt say anything else. It has him who had ordered it.
In general I would absolutely not recommend this place. If you are in pain and need to be looked at quick, then its a decent place. But if you actually care about your teeth then stay far away from this place.

I’ve been going to Dr Dezas office in Perris for years. Was very surprised at the negative reviews.
There have been times - pre covid, when the office was crowded, but that happens in most offices that try to serve their community. No one wants to wait days for an appointment with a toothache.
The office staff have always been friendly and helpful to me as well as the dentists. This has been one of the few dentists over the years, that I’ve been to, where I've felt no pain during the procedures.
I am usually very anxious when it comes to going to the dentist, but not here.

Overall had a terrible experience with my braces here. They didn’t really leave my teeth straight, I would check out of school early for my appointments and there were a handful amount of times they wouldn’t have time to check in on my and would make me come again the next day. On many occasions I would have to drive to the Moreno Valley office for the same procedures. I would definitely avoid coming here, I also would have trouble with the payments in terms of them being extremely disorganize.

Very disappointed in my first visit. The dentist was very rude and negative. I am already an anxious person and he made me feel more uncomfortable than what I was feeling. He basically told me he doesn't deal with Anxious people and I need to find somewhere else to go and no matter what medication I use I will be able to feel everything. He was very jerky in the way he spoke to me. They do not care about the well being of the patient all they care about is getting as many med-i-cal patients in as possible so they can make their money. On top of that I asked if they could email me the x rays and they told me yes twice but never followed through.
