I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Ellie Love and her lovely team. She is highly skilled, professional, and genuinely cares about her patients. The entire staff was friendly, and I felt comfortable throughout my procedure. Dr. Love took the time to explain everything clearly, and the results exceeded my expectations. I was referred to Dr. Love to remove a dental implant that had been placed by another periodontist. I was afraid it would be a whole unpleasant process, but it really wasn't. I think most of that was because of Dr. Ellie Love. Dr. Love is warm, talented, pleasant, and professional. She explains everything fully. The actual implant removal went very easily. Also, everyone in her office is easy to deal with and anxious to help.

I am pleased to recommend Dr. Ellie Love to anyone who needs a periodontist.

I forgot to mention: Dr. Love's office is beautifully decorated, with very comfortable furniture. The entire office is extremely clean.

The experience I had this morning is the most unpleasant and unprofessional I have encountered. In November, I was referred to Dr. Love. She was kind, detailed, very pleasant. Although I am insured, the work I need done was going to be in phases totaling about $2800. The first phase was quoted 1000. Today, after saving that amount and ready to have the first phase completed, I arrived for my 10:20 appointment. The staff immediately wanted to make my next appointment. I asked if I could please have a 3:30 or later appointment as I don’t want to have to take an entire day off of work. This seemed to be an issue so I said, “you aren’t open on saturdays, right?” We scheduled my next appointment for 3:10, the latest she could accommodate. I then asked for the new totals of what my bills for this visit and the next would be as I spent time on the phone prior with delta dental. My “new calendar year” had started and I had yet to use any of my benefits so I was hoping the cost would possibly go down even a little. I was then presented with a new “bill” in which the first phase went from 1000 to close to 1300. I just wanted to understand why the quote for today’s procedure had gone UP SO MUCH. Me asking this seemed to be an issue. A woman who works with insurance was called over. I was told “something must have changed with your benefits!” She turned the computer screen to show me my percentages of what my insurance covers and it still didn’t make sense why it went up but THEN A BOX AT THE BOTTOM STARTS FLASHING. It said “open on Saturdays LOL” One woman asked another to close the box. She did not and another box flashed “maybe this isn’t the right place for her.” They were actually texting about me as I sat there talking to them! I kindly pointed to the screen, said, “i see that and no it is not, have a nice day.” When I got in the car I called delta dental and nothing has in fact changed about my coverage. I understand that quotes may be wrong but there was no reason for it to have gone UP since November and the audacity to text each other about a simple question about being open on Saturday is just insane, rude, unprofessional-and i will be going somewhere else. I cannot believe as kind a person as Dr. Love seemed has people like this working for her.
