Do not go to this clinic. The staff and doctor are rude. They did not send my referral until they had 50 patients. I told him I couldn't wait because I was in so much pain. Then he said everyone was going for the same thing which was common. So I complained to the plan. They gave me the referral right away. But then I had more appointments and he cancelled them because he said I had complained about him. Then I went back and complained to the plan again. They are now under supervision. If you have had a problem with this clinic, call your insurance and file a complaint.

No vayan a esta clínica. El personal y el médico son groseros. No enviaron mi referencia hasta que tuvieran 50 pacientes. Le dije que no podía esperar porque tenía mucho dolor. Entonces él dijo que todos iban por lo mismo que era común. Entonces me quejé al plan. Me dieron la referencia de inmediato. Pero luego tuve más citas y el las canceló porque él dijo que me había quejado de el. Luego volví y me quejé de nuevo al plan. Ahora están bajo supervisión. Si han tenido un problema con esta clínica, llamen a su seguro y presenten una queja.

No le avía puesto atención a los reviews y creo es verdad esta es mi segunda cita según esta abierto desde las 8:30am pero ellos abren asta las 9am les marque, les toque la puerta y ellos no contestan y ni abren la puerta creo que tendré que cambiar de doctor otra vez

Miy buen doctor le curo una llaga diabetica a mi esposo y a mi suegra le habia dicho que quitarian su pie y el le dio tratamiento y ya no se lo quitaron

WARNING: READ THE REVIEWS! This place is exactly as everyone has been describing it. Both the receptionist and the doctor are unprofessional, rude, unorganized, and unavailable.

Good luck getting on the phone with anybody. If you do, they will literally tell you to go find another doctor. I have a recorded call as proof.

This place will be shut down soon due to formal complaints made by patients. It is clear that the employees see this and stopped caring about incoming new patients.

DO NOT waste your precious time, tell your insurance/PCP to designate a different doctor.

I AM ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS about the lack of professionalism and care at Dr. Sigal's office for wound care. The complete disregard for proper treatment and the absolute chaos of an overbooked office with insufficient staff is downright maddening. I can't believe I had to deal with assistant doctors and underpaid, uncertified nurses who don't even deserve to call themselves nurses. They wouldn't last a day in a hospital! And that male office manager? He's an absolute joke. This whole experience has been a complete and utter disgrace. If you want to receive decent treatment, just go see the Angel City research group. They have better-trained, friendlier nurses who actually know how to take care of their patients. Big shout out to Mayra and Joanna for being the only good thing about this mess.

Poor customer service I went to this office several times trying to get an appointment the lady over the phone told me to come in the man at the front desk ask me why I missed an appointment in January I told him to didn't get the message he proceeds to tell me about a missed appointment anywho my doctor gave me a brand new authorization. I came in with a new one serveral time kept giving me the run around asking me to come in and call long story short over the phone the put me on hold to tell me I can't make an appointment told me I was hostile and my language which he disrespected me and I never disrespected him once they gave me the run around and was very disrespectful to me I never ever did anything wrong just wanted a appointment got mad over an appointment I missed in January probably a lie and never showed me proof of anything

I do not recommend Felix Sigal, DPM, Foot and Ankle Clinic, and will escalate this complaint to the California Board of Podiatric Medicine and the California Department of Consumer Affairs. Despite scheduling a callus removal procedure, DPM Kiarash Bakhaj aggressively cut my toenails without consent. In less than a minute, he ripped off half of the nails on my right foot, causing extreme discomfort and damage.

Adding to the frustration was Admissions Coordinator Javier A. who was rude and dismissive when confronted with my concerns, not even acknowledging the extreme damage to my toenails which left exposed skin.

This unprofessional conduct from Dr. Bakhaj and Xavier A raises serious questions about the clinic's standards of care.
