LAUGHABLE AT BEST
I believe in giving everyone a chance, even when I initially feel skeptical. I had to make my appointment a week before my child's because they don't allow family to be seen in the same week. Dental x-rays were taken even before speaking with mr. flores & he never viewed my films while in the room with me. He didn't know what the medicine I take was so I explained it was for allergies. He was arrogant and became irritated when I winced as he poked my broken tooth with a sharp dental instrument. Then when I took my child in to be seen the following week, as they began to take the X-rays I was told that I would not be allowed to go back with my child, because my child is over 12 year's old. At best this is a CLINIC disguised as a Family Dental, Unprofessionalism and Ignorance overflowing you can be sure to receive unskilled work to be done on both your teeth and that of your children.

Creo en dar una oportunidad a todos, incluso cuando inicialmente me siento escéptico. Tuve que hacer mi cita una semana antes de la de mi hijo porque no permiten ver a la familia en la misma semana. Se tomaron radiografías dentales incluso antes de hablar con el Sr. flores y él nunca vio mis películas mientras estaba en la habitación conmigo. No sabía cuál era el medicamento que tomaba, así que le expliqué que era para las alergias. Era arrogante y se irritó cuando hice una mueca mientras pinchaba mi diente roto con un instrumento dental afilado. Luego, cuando llevé a mi hijo a que lo vieran la semana siguiente, cuando comenzaron a tomar las radiografías, me dijeron que no me permitirían volver con mi hijo, porque mi hijo tiene más de 12 años. En el mejor de los casos se trata de una CLÍNICA disfrazada de Dental Familiar, la Falta de Profesionalidad y la Ignorancia desbordante puede estar seguro de que recibirá un trabajo no especializado tanto en su dentadura como en la de sus hijos.

I been going to Dr Flores over 10 years I have had anxiety with dentist since as far as I can remember. He has made me feel so comfortable since day one he will always always always be my dentist. If and when he retires I will never see a dentist ever again. Thank you Dr Flores for making me feel so comfortable and relaxed in that chair

Dr. Flores as well as every one of the Staff members are all Extremely nice! Caring, kind, patient and understanding! Explains things clearly, listen well! And the office, rooms are EXTREMELY CLEAN! I am so Happy I was referred to them by my bff! And I look forward to going to get them for further appts. to have necessary work done on my teeth! No long wait time to be seen! Very prompt and awesome service! They treat you like family!

Had dentures made there terrible. I haven't been able to worry them. They're just sitting in the medicine cabinet.
This dentist needs to get somebody else to make his dentures.
Was promised a few things, but they never came through.

This dentists office adopted a special policy just for me to avoid answering questions about my dental work. When I have questions about my dental work they tell me to Google it or pay for an additional consultation. My questions were what is the composite formula called so I know what will be in my mouth from the filing and what is root planing, and the dentist and staff are doing their best to make me feel disregarded and uncomfortable.

Wow, Dr. Flores and Staff are a wonderful bunch of people. This place is NOT like the fast pace group office where they make you wait for 2 hours before any checking can be done. They are all very nice and I can tell they care for you, NOT your pocket book like those other places. I am glad we found them. I would recommend them to anyone in need of dental care.
