I was a new patient and needed a new dentist so I deceided to try Brilliant. My appointment was for 4:30pm. I arrived early to fill out any paperwork. I waited until 7pm and the only thing I got were some X-rays. I never saw the dentist and left because I was going to be late for something I had planned that evening. After I left I was called by the dentist office, apologizing and explaining why they were backed up. I wish they would’ve said that earlier and I wouldn’t have wasted my evening waiting around. If you can’t keep an appointment then you shouldn’t book them. I do not recommend.

One of the best dentists!!! I’m so upset that he no longer is in Brooklyn. He was the dentist for the whole family and I miss his workmanship, attention to detail and bedside charms and manners. I would recommend him to any and everyone. Thanks to his dedication I still have all my teeth, no cavities and this wonderful smile.

The staff was friendly. The office was neat. Compared to other dentist office, the hygenist took her time to do my cleaning, it was rushed. Dr. Hussein was very gentle and calm. I also did an extraction and he was helpful, keeping me calm and ensuring that all my dental needs and concerns were addressed. I will be returning.

I finally found the Best Dentist Ever!!!!
I want to Praise Dr. Hussein Abdelwahab for being so gentle, kind and making this a great experience. I arrived to his office this morning with an excruciating tooth pain and walked out pain free. His service was amazing and totally comfortable. The entire Staff @ Brilliance Dental were extremely Professional, friendly and attentive to my needs. Dr. Hussein, you are a life saver! Thank you so much for the wonderful work.

Friendly staff. I came in as a new patient today and received great service. I didn't even have to wait very long to see the dentist AND there were 4 people ahead of me. Very knowledgeable, caring and understanding staff. I Highly recommend this dental office.

So the staff are nice but the wait time is horrendous. I had an appt at 1p and wasn't seen until 2 hours later. Each time I've been here the wait time has been long like this. Plus the waiting room was packed beyond covid safety standards. They did provide hand santizer and checked temperatures. It felt like the hygienist rushed through my cleaning. The doc did check out a concern I had but didn't actually do an exam other than review my ex-rays.

I have been going there for a few years now. Yes the wait is now longer but i notice that they wait for everything to air dry in between patients after deinfecting it. The hygenist took her time cleaning my teeth and of course Dr. came in afterwards to go over the work/ inspect my teeth and make suggestions.

Upon entering your temp is taken, sanitize your hands and you are given a hair protector and footies to put over your shoes. Staff is friendly. Dr. Hussein did a good job removing my wisdom tooth.
