and his staff run a stellar operation. Everyone in the office is nice and professional. Kudos to Maria our family hygienist. Maria is gentle and highly efficient, she takes her time and does a thorough cleaning. Thank you Maria for all your hard work in keeping my families teeth nice and healthy. I have been seeing Dr. Flores since I was a little girl. I followed him to Downey from South Gate and I'm so glad I did! I'm not sure why a previous review said that the technology he uses is out of date, that was not my experience at all! Every time I go in they are offering a new service (tooth whitening, teeth straightening, etc.). He is incredibly gentle and so understanding of the anxiety/nerves that come with seeing the dentist. This last time, I saw the new dentist, Dr. Ibrahim. In addition to getting my teeth cleaned, I've had to get a few fillings this last time. She is young and just as patient and gentle as Dr. Flores. I love the attention you get from everyone there. I highly recommend this practice for your regular cleanings and check ups as well as for any dental work you need.

Even though the dentist is the last place I want to be, at least when I do go, it's a very pleasant experience. I've been going to this practice for almost 60 years now. The girls in the office are all so friendly and welcoming. My hygienist, Christina, is the best! Dr Flores has an excellent bedside manner and is very gentle and sweet. I would definitely recommend this office for your "go to" dentist.

Dr Flores gained my TRUST right away. He is very honest , knowledgeable and professional .
Dr. Flores and his staff are friendly treat you like family. The office is very clean which is a top priority for me when it comes to healthcare!! Staff keeps appointments in line to prevent waiting time which I love w my busy schedule.

Furthermore my insurance is OUT OF NETWORK and I still choose to pay out of pocket just to be treated by Dr Flores and his staff. My daughter is now their new patient and I will continue advertisin & recruiting patients due to their EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE? ? ❤️
