Dr. Laura Halvorsen has been our dentist for many years. My entire family of 5 are her patients. She is an excellent dentist, skilled, caring and professional. Laura's been our family dentist for years. She's great and so is her staff. She also doesn't intentionally misdiagnose cavities to run up the bill, which is a fairly prevalent issue among some dentists and something I've experienced personally. Highly recommend.

My experience with Dr. Halvorsen and her staff was exceptional. They were kind, efficient, timely and eager to help. Dr. Halvorsen took all the time I needed and was mindful of my comfort throughout. She was clear in her reasoning about my treatment. She was the first dentist I have met in a long time who didn’t want to over treat and seemed careful to explain why I needed a procedure but even more careful to say why I might not need something another dentist had suggested. Her staff was clear in our meeting about the total cost of my treatment plan in both time and money. They explained insurance coverage and any cost to me in addition. I don’t know what more you could ask for. Good dentistry, good medicine as it integrated with other health issues, and a lovely, efficient and forthcoming staff. Bravo!

I would recommend Dr. Halverson to any one looking for a dentist in the East Bay. She goes out of her way to make sure you feel comfortable and takes her time to answer any questions you may have. She has done amazing work to my teeth! The staff from the front desk to the Hygienist’s are all wonderful people.

I apprecited the professional, friendly, clean, small office environment. I have had problems at other dentists with over-selling services. Dr. Halvorsen is straight forward and trustworthy. Leigh, the dental hygienist, explaied everything and spent time doing an excellent job! Clara and Erin at the front are kind, helpful and professional. It is great to finally have a dentist that I like!
