THE WORST PLACE EVER ! I’m going to start with the nasty attitude lady at the front desk, IDK her name and don’t care to know it , she wears a wig, braces, and glasses. She has a HORRIBLE attitude, when ppl come to a dentist office they’re expecting friendly/ smiling faces as terrifying as it’s already is going to the dentist… well miss wig is the opposite of that … I 1st over heard her conversation with a 60 plus y/o lady having minor issues getting her card to work… she rudely told the lady “go sit out there bc you holding up my other appointments” 🙄 …

Dr Marable only exam me and gave me a treatment plan that ended up being not the best option for me … i’m checking out & already a little disturbed about this appt that wasted my time … This front desk person ignoring me standing in front of her … we exchange words, bc why i gotta call my dental insurance and do your job … discuss payment when nothing beneficial happened, bc DrMarabel told me i was a squeeze in and it was lunch time smh & she put notes in my file about me exchanging words like I gaf.

2 weeks later i now have an abscess, infected tooth, and need an extraction (evidence that the treatment plan was botched) . Another sweet girl and gentleman get me in for an 8am & 11am appointment (i have emails showing me this) , and that previous ungodly lady from the 1st appt gone say “her appt was cancelled im going to get my ppl in she can wait “😂😂😂 yea i gave her a piece of my mind and went to my 1pm appt at Dr Marlow office bc I just knew Dr Marbel office wasn’t going to get me taking care of as promised (But Dr Marlow office downtown Macon. verrrrrrrryyyyyy friendly staff and dentist) Same day of my procedure Dr Marlow called me at 9pm just to check on me and give me some run downs on medication, even told me how to sleep (head above heart) and set me with a follow up appt!!! @ the appt he exam 1st then discuss payment … I spent $692 bc he is out of network and the insurance sends the check directly to my home, & I will do it over and over again … b4 I pay Marble office $100 BEFORE he even look in my mouth .

In conclusion I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE ! retire this place right alone the the mall it’s In🤷🏽‍♀️ I have my own business & customer service stands out to me the most ! The patients didn’t do the job application. & should’nt feel like a burden when tryin to get information from YOUR FEILD OF WORK.

Have been going to doctor Marable for years.I have had nothing but great things to say!! Definitely an A+for making you feel comfortable.But we definitely argue out of love every visit simply because I'm terrified of the dentist.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a doctor office. I'm somewhat thankful they worked in for an infected tooth, my left side of face swollen, neck swollen, can't open my mouth wide type of infection. Dr. Marble comes in the room briefly explain the x-ray and the infection, says there's nothing he could do but send me to a oral surgeon (soonest appointment was 17 days away). I asked if I could get some antibiotics till I see the oral surgeon and he denied that request. Sends me home with an infection, which could spread and I end up with bacteria in my bloodstream in ICU. I called his office back shamefully begging for antibiotics NOT pain medicine because I could hardly swallow liquids AND was denied AGAIN. I had to call the doctor I worked for to help me which he did with no hesitation.

I had and appointment with them about a month ago and they did and x-ray on my tooth told me they will call that next wed or thur to see if my insurance will cover it. Two weeks pass by and no call I called and explain too them I been waiting and no-one called me because my tooth hurt so bad she said give her 10 min she will call me back, Long story short they never call me back been and month had to go to atlanta too get my tooth extract. I think it's very unprofessional to have me waiting and never call me if i never called another doctor office I would still be in pain. Never again will I go to that doctor office ever again wish I could give them zero stars.

Best dentist around. He makes sure that you are alright before he does his work and he is very efficient. Great staff. I would put my trust in him any day.
