I have had numerous root canal since 1965 most painful. My root canals starting in 2005 by Dr Ip are painless. On 3-5-25 I saw Dr Ip for evaluation for a root canals. His staff Terry front office manager and Karen back office remembered me. Dr Ip’s office is pristine and he has a great bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr Ip, you will be pleased with his service.

I'm writing this review because truly exceptional healthcare providers are rare, and I want to help others find ones like Dr. Ip.

During my root canal treatment, he took the time to thoroughly understand my case, walked me through his diagnostic process, and explained exactly how he reached his conclusions. I even learned about a reason for my gum recession after a 3d scan that I've talked with at least a dozen dentists about and never heard. I also really appreciated his conservative approach – he clearly prioritized my well-being over rushing into a procedure.

Dr. Ip combined what appeared to be high competency with genuine care which is so hard to find. While I hope to not need many root canals in the future, I couldn't recommend him more highly to others. Don't stop searching for medical providers until you find one like him. They are real!

I hate to say that I needed a second root canal. Absolutely the only doctor I would consider was Dr. Ip. He took the time to walk me through the procedure and even evaluate me a couple of times before I actually had to have it done. The procedure itself was so much more scary in thought than in reality. He is the most patient, kind, empathetic and professional person I can ever imagine doing this kind of work. NO ONE wants a root canal! And after reading my review 3 years ago, I stand by it. The process was similar to simply getting a cavity filled (I am serious!!) And he took the time to calm and reassure me throughout. His staff is remarkably supportive, kind and consummately professional. He even contacted me personally that same evening! I never want to need another root canal, but knowing there are doctors like him... well, it's not horrible! Thank you, Dr. Ip!!
